Awesome, but only with HDMI sync box

Product is good/Geek Squad install disappointing

The Geeks Squad installed it and it keeps coming undone. I have alerted the Geeks Squad and they have failed to address the issue. Perhaps, if not installed by the Geek Squad I could give the product itself a better review.
