Amazing color and they way it mounts to the tv is great

Bought it and it broke less than a month later. This is when these first started to roll out. Ive since bought a new one and its been great

If you’re going to buy this product buy the warranty.bought this and some of the light strip not working properly. 200 bucks down the drain

I wish; I would've waited a year later after release of one these where I don’t need that darn HDMI Play box. They seen me coming. Next just wait for Philips to come out with all in one product where that stupid HDMI Box is not needed. Currently in my closet. Had to reach out to support to many times. They tried there best to be helpful but didn’t help and all. Just saying. I’m just one person saying this bu, heys that’s my opinion.

Horrible experience trying to install! Gradient strip is not as flexible as it appears in the installation videos! 3M tape does not hold! After 30 mins of fighting with the tube I gave up and returned, purchased the gradient tube instead.

Software still needs tweaking but it is a nice addition.

Works great when it works. Faulty transformer. Had to purchase new one on top of an outrageously priced light

These lights work as advertised, they look great and the colors are pretty accurate. The only down side ive found are the 3M mounts have come off, even after cleaning the surface with alcohol to maximize the bonding. I have secured the mounts with hit glue and no issues since.

I thought this was a great item but turns out on top of the couple hundred spent on just the light, you have to spend a couple hundred more for it to be able to copy TV lights and have special effects.

What a joke like 250 bucks for the stupid light then you got to get the bridge and then you got to get this then you got to get that no no no no no dumb dumb dumb

Can I curse here? Because that’s what mounting this atrocity made me want to do. The included mounting hardware is almost necessary, but complete trash. Doesn’t hold in place...complete headache. Once I finally duck taped my light strip in place, I powered it on to find dead spots and shorts. Philips is sending a replacement out, but seems like that may take months to arrive. I have over 50 Philips Hue products in my home and none have been a terrible as this one.

Didnt really like it, i paired it with the hue black box and for some reason when i turn off the black box or the t.v it never turned off. Only way for me to turn it off was the app. If everything worked alright i would recommend it to a friend but it could of just been me.

Was excited about this but having to pay an additional $200 for another piece of equipment to make the lights work ruined it. Found an alternative that I love and didn’t have to spend $400+ for some background lights.

This product does not do any gradient of lights unless you are using it for your computer or you purchase an additional $250 Hue HDMI Tv Box. There is no functionality in the app to have the strip due multiple colors. The only way to do multiple colors for this light strip is if you purchase the Hue HDMI Box, or have the app on your computer and use it specifically for your computer. All in all, the naming for this product is misleading as well as Philips on the functionality of the product. Oh yeah the last kicker is Philips said they will look into adding multiple color control for one strip on the app, they said this back in 2020, 2 years too late.

Excellent strip of lights, the software it requires is absolutely a nightmare and gives me constant problems. It’s frustrating that this requires so much extra hardware sold separately but I understand the tech aspects.

The connections are extremely loose on these. They are really cool, really bright. however dang...terrible connection on the power adapter.
