This product is not good at all, bought it and corner of the lights did not work so I returned it and got another one and same thing happened, very disappointed in this product. Would not recommend it

There are several parts that plug together. The one that goes into the top of the box that sticks to the tv is easy to break. I’ve had it less than 5 months (only opened and used for 3 months due to moving into née house) and I have to buy a whole new light strip because of that one part. When it did work, it reset itself often causing a lot of time to get it back up and working. It was awesome…when it worked…just couldn’t always keep it working. It might give it one more try.

Not worth the price. Doesn’t have that wow factor for the price (I had 4 strips prior to this and 4 bulbs. I had 1 strip behind my TV, 1 bulb to left and right of TV. And other strips in near distance. Those effects were bigger wow factors

Phillips Hue is the worst immersion lighting system ever made. Customer service is useless. They help 0. The lights will not sync to anything. You need to purchase three separate pieces of equipment in order for one light strip behind your tv to work. It was 4-5 hours of setup time trying to reset and pair and wash/rinse/repeat the whole process. It was miserable. Im stuck with this garbage.

Love these for behind the tv, ads a new cool experience to watching a movie . Use daily as just a extra source of light in the room

Mounts refuse to stay stuck to the back of the tv. cleaning the surfaces and applying new adhesive also does not work as the light strip is too heavy. It falls off the tv all the time. This light strip was damaged twice beyond repair just from falling to the floor. The power adapter looses connection where the light plugs in after it is pulled out from falling. Exchanged product twice.

lights are great. quality of connector is bad, breaks every time. buy the strip only if you dont mind replacing it once the tiny little connector breaks, which it will, friction, gravity, not later, soon, breaks, its about 1000x more difficult to install than opening a toy from toys r us

A little expensive for what you're getting, but lights are high quality and sync works well with the Sync Box and Hue app.

This enhanced our tv experience. Pair with the hdmi sync box and will take the lighting experience to another level.

I had to get two different hubs to have the lights sync with the tv. It is not worth the money

The last section of the strip does not even work. For this price, that’s entirely unacceptable!!!

You need multiple parts that cost hundreds of dollars not to mention these lights that were well above 200 dollars already

Can use two of them in the same sync box. Plus this has two areas of lights they are out and has to be returned. Shipping took over 20 days as well. Overall a bad experience.

My sister said she liked the gift. I thought it was too expensive and i hate having to buy separate components to get full functionality

$$$ you spend $300 then you have to spend $400 to hook up everything up

A 5 star experience should have been posted here, but please hear me out. I wish that I could have given this product 5 stars, but because of the intermittent "flicker" due to an internal short in the light bar, it took it from an awesome experience when it was momentarily working properly, to a disappointing movie/gaming distraction, that is impossible to ignore! Returned it. ☹

Does not work as it should with buying the bridge and then the sync box. Waste of money to buy all of this and especially since it won’t change with the tv if the app you are using is already on the tv. I returned everything
