I was not too impressed with these. The cord around the neck bounces a lot when running. Also, the sounds quality isn't that great. I ultimately returned these and got the plantronics instead - much better choice IMO.

The bulbs kept unpairing from the wireless base, even though the base, bulbs, and my wireless router were in the same room. I went through the process of pairing multiple times with the same result. Ultimately not worth the considerable hassle and expense, and after finding my dog left in total darkness when the bulbs unpaired yet again and failed to turn on as programmed, I gave up and returned the starter kit and all the bulbs.

This was not an easy setup. I am pretty tech savvy but I found the instructions vague and the connection was not automatic as I had hoped.

Bridge needs to be connected to a router. Ended up returning.

Thought that it would do all lights but have to replace all not just 1. Would have gone a different way.

I didn’t like these because they don’t turn white

Convenience is what this thing is. Lock it with your IFTTT account and you can automate when it turns on or off. I matched these lights with my Harmony Hub and the tasker app on android. I just need to say my key words and the lights turn on for me. I just have one glitchy bulb at the moment-- turns on at random times. I don't know how to fix that. I'm just living with it for the moment-- maybe not worth my time to return and replace. Sucky but works for the most part. The hub that comes with this is not wireless, so be prepared to add a little clutter around your router.

These light bulbs were way too dim for reading for us

These bulbs are yellow compared to my LED bright white lights. There’s not enough light and the room is too yellow and dim with these. I’m returning them.

Tried everything to connect with Elexa. Able to get limited Iphone connection with the bridge that comes with the smart bulbs, but could not get Elexa to recognize the Hue Bridge. Retiurning this product.

I was not happy with this I had gotten the color light first and they worked great I needed the regular one for my outside light and I could not get it to work right

No matter what I try to do good night get the device to work. In no way was I waiting 20 minutes on hold to talk to somebody at Phillips

The unit worked after set up then it stopped following the schedule. Reset and unplugging did not correct the problem.

I bought the two-bulb-and-bridge starter kit to use with my Amazon Echo. Downloading the Phillips app and getting the bulbs working with the app was a snap. Integrating them with the Echo was an easy second step. Compared to other wireless devices, the Phillips package, though pricey, is worth it because of the lack of hassle. I was impressed enough to immediately purchase two more bulbs and another Echo -- a Dot -- to spread the good stuff around the house. I'm looking forward to adding the Phillips Hue strip lights under my kitchen cabinets next.

I bought this kit to add to my entry level smart home setup. I have an Ecobee3, Chamberlain Garage, and several WEMO switches, but the Philips set is the best ive seen for controlling lights in a home. I have several bulbs and recently received a Philips Flushmount Ceiling light and the system just works. Setup was easy, customization is even easier and its fun to play with. There is a bit of a learning curve when setting it up, but once you figure it out, you will see the benefits of this system. I highly recommend this product

Product worked on first day and application does not work since then. Planning to return the item.

Product will not turn on using phone from far distance. Wi-Fi is useless for this product

It does not Bluetooth connect to echo dot even though both are on the same WiFi.

Return policie is s lie google it and see how they rip people off

I will write review again when i set it up along with google home.
