Bought after reviewing what others said found very to set up with Alexa

Works awesome for me and the price is awesom, I'm changing all my lights

It's as advertised, very easy to setup, works like a charm.

This starter kit is perfect if you own a google home or Alexa! It comes with the hub which alone is almost $60! This kit started my whole smart home addiction!

Still using the hub and these bulbs, using them in my bathroom.

I love having these lights in my home. Being able to have my Google Home or Siri turn on the lights is awesome!

While the price of these are a little high, they are very functional for those looking to control light via their mobile device. The app works great and can be used when your away from the home as well by syncing it with Phillips website.

I have had these for almost a year. Easy to setup and just a great product.

Having bought the Hue A19 Starter Kit from Best Buy just over a year ago, I cannot tell you how completely unreliable this product has been for us. First, the Hue app that is supposed to allow management of the “routines’ and setup of your A19 bulbs is glitch-ridden; I have had to delete and re-load this app probably 6 times over the last year because either it would not update the software; I have also had to re-configure the “sunset-sunrise” routine about the same number of times because it has failed completely (both lights DO NOT COME ON, or fails partially, with one of the two lights coming on. Sometimes the lights, or a single light, will STAY ON past sunrise, running up the electric bill. Secondly, the “updates” take forever and DO NOT UPDATE THE A19 BULBS. Apparently Philips does not think the bulbs need updates when the ‘hub” gets one. This may account for the continual frustration of failing “routines” and is why I am giving this product a single star: I want to have the peace of mind to leave home on a trip and feel secure that my lights are going to be coming on at sunset and stay on until dawn, which I DO NOT HAVE WITH PHILIPS HUE. I am going to make my Final Call to Customer Support tomorrow and ask for a refund for this unreliable, insecure, annoying product.

2 weeks wasted trying to get the hub in the right place to reach 3 bulbs. Hub must have wired ethernet connection, but isn't supposed to be close to wifi router. Bulbs losing connections. Changed zigbee channels, reinstalled- frequently irritated by bulbs being off or on at wrong times.

I started with kit and 2 bulbs, one bulb is working good most of time. 2nd bulb quit turning off with auto schedual so I replaced it, but now its acting up & won't work!

I have very good Internet, sometimes the HUE works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it stays on all day. You can never rely on it
