Awesome Light Kit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was surprised how easy it was to setup these kit. Love the fact that works with apple home kit and that the bulbs are adjustable to any intensity setting, from 0 to 100% brightness. Not light scenes with these bulbs. I did purchase an additional bulb that has light scenes. The set up was a jiffy and is very easy to use. I control remotely with iPad that stays at home and use as a hub. I particularly like the sunset settings and the lights are on when I come home from home at night. Also works with Siri on iPhone and she can turn lights on and off, is actually pretty cool. Love gadgets LOL.

Expensive but the best in the current industry
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These bulbs are nice and work great with Apple Home kit with the 2nd generation Hub. I have tried GE Link bulbs, Cree Connected bulbs, Leveiton Light Switches, and Ihome and I devices plugs. Only the Plugs and Philips Hue are currently compatible with home kit and yes it makes a huge difference. I have a Wink Hub version 1 that I uses for everything else and it is significantly slower response than the plugs and philips hue bulbs are with Homekit. Home kit is nearly instant where the wink system can sometimes take a bit or require a few commands to actually work. I love the philips hue stuff as it works great! PSA if you use smart bulbs the switches have to be on to control them. i.e. if your wife turns off the switch you cannot control the light until the switch is turned back on. I like to uses these in lamps mainly as people in my house are less likely to turn the lamps off.

The Phillips hew lightbulbs are wonderful!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased 15 of these light bulbs for my house. I use them in my bedroom, bathroom, living room, and dining room. I was born with a disability that greatly limits my mobility. Using these light bulbs with Amazons ECO and dot and apples home have greatly simplified my life. You do not need Apple homekit use these with Amazons products. I just mention that to let you know that I use these interchangeably with Siri and my Amazon products. To sum things up: I highly recommend these products if you are trying to simplify your life and go completely hands-free.

Easy light automation.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The setup was quick and easy to understand. I had my lights up and running in 5 minutes. The app is really easy to use and has all the settings I was wanting. One downside is I haven't been able to get the location based settings to work properly as in all the lights turn off when leave and turn on when I get home. Might be user error but it's a small issue either way. Setting up the lights to work with the Amazon echo and dot was not as intuitive but with just a little fiddling it was up and running fine. My wife and I love being able to use the voice commands. Highly recommended.

Great entry into Smart Lights
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to pick this up right after getting an Echo for Christmas. The hub and lights were easy to set up and work great. The Alexa skill was also easy to set up. I have some other RGB lights and rarely use them on anything other than white so I decided to get this kit and add a 4 pack of the white bulbs to it. I've been running this set up for about a month now and am looking forward to adding some more lights in the near future. For just a few dollars more than the bargain brands you can have the best in class Hue system.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great way to get started. The system works really well and the lighting is excellent. I love being able to turn on and turn off lights by talking to my phone when its dark or don't feel like walking a long way to turn off a light switch!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This system works flawlessly and efficiently. Zigbee products are HomeKit compatible so I can control this from any Siri functional device like iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV. You can add a lot of lights to one hub which is also amazing!

Love the automation and convenience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been contemplating getting into a smart lighting system for a couple of years now and finally decided to take the plunge. Began with this starter package and am continually adding on. My recommendation is to begin with the lights that you know you definitely want to automate/control before first running out and replacing every bulb that you have. You'll find that some bulbs make no sense replacing with a smart bulb and, if you do want to control them through your home network/Internet, a smart switch may make more sense. For example, chandeliers lend themselves more towards smart switches than smart bulbs and that's what I'm about to do next for our center hall foyer and a couple of chandeliers in our kitchen. I know I'll need a separate hub for that as the smart switches that I'm looking at aren't recognizable by the Philips bridge.
