Evil
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great with Google Home. Works great with your cell phone. It’s hard to resist hitting the light switch, though. Additionally, it’s great for coming home with a bag full of groceries. It does seem less convenient, though, sometimes. If you don’t want to disconnect the light from the bridge you have to leave the switch on. So, usually the light’s off and your phone isn’t in your pocket so you turn the light switch off and back on to have the light on. Then, you turn the switch off when you leave. Wrong. You have to leave the light on when you leave because it will disconnect. Then, scream across the house to have your Google Home turn the light off or find your phone. Anyway. Get motion sensors.

Easy to setup and use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was in need of putting lights on timers for when I was on vacation. Thought I would try smart lighting instead of the typical dial type outlet plugs. After looking at several options, I settled on these because they seemed easy to install, can easily be expanded and they work with Apple HomeKit. Setting up timers in the Hue app is not as intuitive as I would have liked, but it is functional. I like that I can adjust the lights from my Apple Watch. My only complaint would be that I would like them to be brighter. Once they come out with brighter bulbs I will be adding several more to the house.

Great Product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a lot of deliberation, I chose this to be my starting point in "smart" devices. It has worked well so far, although I have not figured out the geofencing features yet.

Great beginner for my mom
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My mom wanted to be able to turn her lights on and off with her voice, just like I do at my own home. So, I recommended this product based on my personal experience with it. She absolutely loves it now that she can adjust the lights with the sound of her voice. Easy set up, no hassle. Up and running within a few minutes. Great product!

Easy and inexpensive way into smart lighting
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple to install and connect. Functions incredibly well, so much so, we’re expanding by zoning bulbs (grouping names theater light 1, theater light 2, etc) so we have flexible control vs the smart switches we had installed. HomeKit compatibility is seamless. Way to set the bar Philips, although, by now you could definitely drop pricing on bulbs.

Great Option to Light a Smart Home
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After doing a lot of research on the best smart lights, I made the decision to go with the Phillips Hue. These do not disappoint! We have them over our kitchen island. Set up was very quick and easy, including linking to Alexa. I have since bought two more individual lights for living room and kitchen.

Easy lighting solution
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided on Philips Hue lights to light my living room since I don't have a dedicated light switch. This works great and was cheaper than an electrician. The lights are in the right spots and now there is a remote/switch by the door. All wireless. I've been so happy, I'm adding more lights throughout the house. These also tie in nicely with my Harmony remote setup. Very easy to install.

Great concept for security when away from home.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this starter kit as a gift but after I read the reviews and product description, I pan to get a set for my home. The concept to be able to turn lights on and off with a smart phone is an easy way to program lighting while away from home. Adding more lights is supposed to be easy too. This is such innovation that will prove to add security, safety and modern lighting to any home.

You light up my life!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Serioulsy, this bulb lights up your life! Fun to play with remotely, easy to install, you get addicted to these things really easily. Before you know it your whole house will be using these things. Granted they aren't cheap--especially the color set, but they sure make life more enjoyable. Pair it with your Alexa and spotify playlist and your party is ready to go!

Skeptical at first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very skeptical about these types of products. Talking with BB sales associate decided to give it a try. Bought 2 extra bulbs to do entire kitchen and an Echo Dot. Extremely easy to set up. After a few days of playing with it I am hooked. Can not wait to get more bulbs and do another room. Nice when working on laptop can turn one light above me on without lighting whole room.

Pretty Cool Lighting Levels
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This light adds an incredible ambiance to the living room as it illuminates around the space. I have them in the lamps and am really impressed on how it dims and brightens on command when prompted to do so via google home that I have. The light makes the space looks warm and homey which is something I appreciate.

Great Starter Kit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had my Phillips hue white kit for three months and I love it. It's an easy set up that you're guided through and within minutes you're set up and ready to use it. I chose the white because at my age, I don't see me setting up lights to change colors to the sound of the music I'm listening to and I've had white lights all my life and the color changing lights are more expensive.
