Bought these for outdoor fixtures and they have been working great.

We purchased this to specifically use with our Echo Dot. It was easy to set up the devices, name them, and sync with our Echo Dot. It works perfectly. I also like the option of controlling the lights with the app.

The Philips smart light bulbs are a great buy. Easy to program, and very useful in rooms where the light switch is on the opposite end of a dark room. They work great thru Alexa, highly recommended.

This kit is an excellent way to start with the Philips Hue automated lights. I use the lights in my living room and bedroom, both in tall standing lights. I set up and automated routine so my dogs are never left alone in the dark. I even bought three more bulbs for my outside lights. I set up a routine so my lights come on at night, without having to leave them on all day. The iOS app works great at home or while you are away, to check the status of your lights. You need to create a free account at the Philips Hue website, and then log into your account with the app, in order to control your lights while away from home. They work great outdoors too, as long as your lamp enclosures are not completely sealed, for proper ventilation of the bulbs. Highly recommended.

I bought this kit so I could expand the HUE lights I bought to my computer and phone. I originally bought the kit with a switch and 2 bulbs, it worked great but I wanted to expand them. Works perfectly and was a breeze to setup.

The system is easy to set up and fun to use. The basic app is functional but there are 3rd party apps to enhance functionality. I connected the system to my Amazon Echo and now turn on the lights with my voice. Pretty slick!

I love Phillips Hue lights. This is an awesome price for white bulbs that are great for closets, hallway or for anyone who doesn’t care about having the color options. For this price it’s a steal!

a love the control i have and the feeling of security

If your starting your smart home with smart lights then this is a great kit to start it off. Everything works petfect on it and ive read that you can connect more then 200 lights with one bridge.

After doing a tremendous amount of research on the various systems, I found that the HUE system was the best alternative to all of them allowing me to gain control and receive feedback from devices throughout my home.

Easy set up and having fun messing around with using automation apps to trigger it. Went with the Best Buy sales person recommendation at time of purchase. I use IFTTT and Stringify to do the automation I like...

The Philips Hue lights are great! We purchased this pack to get the Hue Bridge and to try the bulbs (we have light strips as well). The bulbs are great! I love being able to control the dimness and on/off from my phone.

we needed a light in the bedroom and one for family room at night that could be turned on remotely. setup took a couple of tries, but after that it works without hiccups, even after a power outage and internet outage. everything powered back up and on. integeration with alex works too, but that took a couple of attempts also.

I've been playing with these for a week or so and like them. They do what they're supposed to. Easy to set up, easy to configure scenes etc and very easy to use. On an iPhone 7 the app responds quicker than the shortcut in glances. That may just be operator error.

Work as intended, great wifi light bulbs that as easily setup and managed. Light output is mediocre but reasonable. Bought an extra two bulbs to complete room setup.

I purchased these for my living room and the set up of the bridge and the app was easy. I now have 3 bulbs that I can turn on/off via the app, now just have to work on setting them up with Google Assistant.

I started out with this white kit and now have moved to color lights also. This product help me discover how home automation can help make your life easier and save energy. I have recently expanded this to include security, thermostats, garage doors, and other home automation products. When I arrive home the path from my garage to the living area is lit up if after sunset and the temperature is adjusted to make it more comfertable. Now I have started to use geofencing to automate this so when I leave work and he'd home the thermostat is adjusted and the house is warm when I get home. This saves me so much on electric bills. The intigration with HomeKit was the key to me discovering all this, and it started as how to turn the lights on when I get home.

This kit was a great way to start with home automation and lighting. I have issued the Hue with my Google Home and can now just say "Hey Google, turn on the kitchen light." Easy to install and setup. I need more!
