purchased this for entertainment room, and they worked well

We are currently switching all fixtures and light bulbs over to hue Lights, makes a dull house your own private dance club.

The kit was easy to setup and use. There are preset light scenes and you can make your own scenes or create scenes from your own camera roll on your phone

I can change the colors of the lights according to the mood of a movie, song, or just the way I am feeling! I definetly recommend for purchase!

They are really good, offer a way to change moods in the house or just play with the illumination, the deal was great, and the added switch is a must have.

I’ve had these for over 5 years and I am absolutely in love with them. I’ve expanded them throughout most of the home and paired them with the switches and assigned my own scenes. This is definitely the high-end of Smart lighting, and the color reproduction is gorgeous.

I enjoy these lights. There are some features I wish it had though. I have led colored lights of all kinds. Some of the cheap ones, nanoleaf, lifx, etc. They work great for what they are. But I like some of the extra features of the others. I think it would be better if I only used hue.

Bought this for my mom so she could take Alexa to the next level. A nice starter kit to get my mom and brother use to asking Alexa to control the lights.

These aren't my first Philips Hue bulbs. I bought this set to install at another house. You can control these from the app that you download, or from a smart device like Alexa or Home. I recommend having a smart device though, as who wants to go into the phone app each time you want to turn the lights on or off? The only negative i'd give these is the lack of brightness. I believe they are 60 watt equivalent. They should be at least 75w. They are dimmable, so extra wattage wouldn't be a problem. If you are looking to install smart lights, this is a great starter kit.

Easy to set up and really easy way to add color. Please note will not work with smart switches. You are unable to dim lights if on smart switch.

As mentioned by many reviews, these are very pricy, but they work very well. I already have other Philips Hue product, wanted to stick to the same brand for all my lights. They are very nice, but cost more than other brands.

Great starter kit if you are planning to add more lights to your home in the future. Also needed if you want to use Apple HomeKit.

I love these hue lights, can't be beat. I tried to go cheap and purchase knock offs, but the quality of the colors and function wasn't even close.

Works great. No problems and is a nice added security feature. I just wish the bulbs went on sale more often (or ever!) so I could add more.
