If you're looking for the best color changing bulbs, these are really are the ones. Yes, there are cheaper brands out there, but often their quality suffers or their apps/remotes fail. Philips is a known brand and from personal experience standby their stuff when things go wrong. Any type of smart-home product you can think of these will work with it. I currently just use their Hue app, which works fine for the most part. I do wish however these could be a little less expensive, you get a lot for the price but it is tempting to see how other brands with their bulbs can offer you five for the price of one of these. The 800 lumen bulbs can also be a bit dim, while the newer 1100 are a noticeable step up they are not a night and day difference. Also the Hue app could use a little more refinement, it can be a tad confusing and I wish simple actions like a basic color pallet, say you want all the bulbs to be red, didn't require you to create your own custom scene to do so. Something like the other brands remotes where you can quickly tap a single color tone would be handy.

By far, the best WiFi bulbs on market, ease of use, colors and stability of the bulb. It does not flicker, and really durable,..!

I love this brand and the ease of using lights with the app. It’s so easy to set up scheduled timers and adjust what scene you want in your rooms. I love the options and variety, not to mention the beautiful lighting and ambiance created with the scenes. I’ve replaced about every light in my house with these and I love them!! Highly recommend!

Using smart plugs to control can be a problem with modern Wifi 6E and newer routers that don't broadcast a 2.4Ghz frequency. All smart plugs must see a 2.4Ghz frequency band to add to the app or HomeKit. Very difficult to pair. But Hue bulbs do not have this issue and will pair instantly with Wifi 6E routers. Simple automations once added to Apple Home.

Lights Are beautiful and the app is pretty sweet. The app is a little more complicated than it needs to be, but not awful. I give it only four stars because it’s not really a complete set without the Hue bridge. I couldn’t use Siri unless I jamboree the brigade. Just wish it was a little less expensive for everything.

I love my Phillips Hue bulbs. It’s so easy to set timer routines. And I love the infinite colors available. The app works well. And I recommend them.

Huge fan of the hue lights. They are expensive but we’ll worth it. Simple to setup and use. And the quality is incredible.

As with all Philips Hue products, they work great and are easy to setup and use. Overpriced as with all Hue products, but got them on sale.

As always, they work great. They last a long time. They’re bright. The ease of setup is as simple as Apple products.

Hue lighting although a little more expensive are the best lighting on the market for home automation and ambience

I love these lights they are great they last forever and there are so many many options , styles , you can program to mimic that your home when your not you can light you outdoor spaces for the holidays and through out the year color options and scenes are endless.

These have been amazing and I'd highly recommend. Easy setup and easy to connect to my google home hub.
