I have 20 of these lights in my house and they are great. The colors get better with the newer generations especially on green and blue. These newer bulbs do a great job of producing rich colors. New bulbs have bluetooth but I just connect them to my hub, haven't tried bluetooth yet.

Kids have loved these especially when you tie to Spotify or music for home dance parties. Outside dance parties, the ability to lessen the lights and mute them in the evenings is a great addition as well. So far, they have worked great in the 8 months since purchasing.

They are so much fun! I have 3 of them now. They are addicting. Works well with Alexa. Just wish they were a little less expensive.

Love these lights. Just about every bulb in the house is now Philips Hue. Not just because they're fun. Sometimes you just wanna be lazy and not have to get up. I don't mind them being a little more expensive than competitors.

I would recommend this only if you have a new Echo smart speaker with the built in hub. it makes setting up smart lights so easy. if you have set up normal smart lights you know how much of a pain it is to reset them. this is such a breeze.

These are great lights! Definitely more expensive, but l like being able to control each bulb individually or as a whole. My daughter loves the color changing abilities. Also like that these use a hub, so each bulb is not directly connected to my homes wifi

Philips Hue bulbs are the best color changing bulbs on the market. Rich colors that will wow your guest! Loved them so much I put them throughout my house and there are so many 2nd party apps to create just about any special effects, great for the holidays.

Great color light and fantastic white ambient light as well. I have this in a small lamp shining behind my monitor for an awesome ambilight with the Hue Sync app. Nice for atmospheric non competitive play. Took a star off for the price. Hue is way too expensive. This is the only hue item that I've been willing to pay reg price because I used points. I pick this stuff up second hand or one clearance when I come across it. I don't bother paying for the cheaper stuff this way.

Love these lights, we use them for mood lights on our deck and we have one on our front porch to have blue to support the police, green for our son in the military or bright white for the delivery man. Very easy to operate.

Great addition to my already established hue smart light collection. With added Bluetooth it’s easier to connect and couple with existing lights. The app needs some love and more community involvement

Loving them! The colors are so amazing & on point w/ exactly I am choosing! Also works so well with my google home! Colors are incredible vibrant! Would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting them! A must for anyone wanting to create vivid moods

I use these in my basement music studio. I use 3 of them in small lamps shining against the wall and it creates a cool vibe that makes me forget I am playing music in a basement. Sure they are a bit pricey and totally unnecessary but there is a price for cool.

A bit pricey, but should last a long while and is very easy to connect and use.

I love being able to change the color of the lights and being able to change color temperatures. It works great to dim your lights without a dimmer switch. It makes life easier by being able to control the lights with my voice on compatible devices.

I love everything Hue...pretty cool when tied in with the rest of my home automation. Love that I can tell Siri to turn my lights on and off in different rooms, and set it up so that my lights gradually brighten in the morning :-)

I love these. They can be controlled from multiple devices, set up on timers to turn on and off at certain times, change color of lighting based on timers, just total control. I love these lights and am slowly replacing all lights in my home with them.

Initially bought a Google mini and Phillips hue hub. Purchased the colored lights to create a viewing ambience while watching movies. It's great! Love changing the colors. It's easy to install. Intending to buy more lights to create more convenience within my home.

Careful about connection issues if you only use a Google Home. There is no option to reset the bulb if you lose connection. Google Home does not have any troubleshooting and will require you to have either a Philips hub, dim switch or amazon echo. There is no manual reset option on the bulb and it'll be locked and lost to your configuration. Not recommended for people looking to pair it with only a Google Home. It worked great while it worked. I strongly recommend the product WITH a hub.

I really like hue lights, just wish they were more affordable. I run them in outdoor fixtures, love the adjustable color so I can make the house a little more festive around holidays. Of course HomeKit works almost flawlessly with Hue bulbs.

I bought this light without looking into them first. It only works through Bluetooth, unless you buy or have a wi-fi hub. Eventually bought the hub and extra bulbs just so I could use all the features. It does take a little time to setup, but not difficult.
