We purchased eight bulbs and have our entire upstairs set up as a smart home.

Love the ability to command my light with my voice.

I tried this one because my local Best Buy was out of the typical round head bulb in the Phillips brand. It easily connected to my Alexa. It is in my living room so I set up a routine to have it come on and then dim later for a night light effect. It was then programed to shut off at daybreak. Which was the same routine that I had for my original round head bulb which was part of a package with a qualifying Alexa last year. I've since moved that one to another fixture. However, when it shuts off there is still a very low dim. I have to shut off the light with the switch to completely turn off. My original bulb worked flawlessly. I tried this one in several lamps, with the same result. I checked on line and seen that this problem was reported by others. It was suggested that I try to remove the last step from the routine and give it a verbal command instead. It did not work either. I don't know if this is a anomaly with this bulb, or not. But given some other reviews (online and not necessarily Best Buy) I can't in good judgement fully endorse it. It may work for you?

Good and smart device for home I have other more and so very good

Using our Alexa we can easily turn off our lamp at home or away. We lo e it!

Screw it in, search for new devices and viola it finds and you have control.

Good bulb, but you have to spend $60 on a "bridge" to make it do any of the things they say it can do. No wonder it was free with my last order...

This is a lightbulb. It works. You can control it, but why bother? I just have it hooked up to a regular on off switch. It does the job.
