I got this product and was super excited about it. However I live in the middle of nowhere and have limited internet, product does not work well. I asked in store the type of internet connection required and told wireless would work. That is not the case. The hub must be plugged in with Ethernet cord and makes my hotspot not work for anything else. Would only recommend if you have internet with router and unlimited.

I bought two of these sets . These are working fine but each hub can hold only 4 lights..so need to maintain multiple hubs if we want to have more bulbs

Mostly I can say they are fun and convenient. Great for the holidays. Lost 2 stars becuase the occasional “unavailable.”

Awesome app and great ambiance but just not bright enough for my liking. Great product had fun with it.

Love the product, but had issue with bridge breaking. Super not user friendly to fix after that either.

Enjoyed them at first. Set up was easy. Lost it’s novelty early. Price is still high for value.

Great price, but not bright enough for a room. 800 lumens does not cut it.

Setup was pain but after they were installed and updated, they worked seamlessly.

Would’ve gave it 5 stars if they could easily hook up to tv picture

Playing with the colors are fun. Changes the mood of the room.

Not what I expected, I would of purchased the regular lights

Very neat you can change all the colors! VERY Annoying when I can’t turn the lights on with the switch because my husband turned them off with the app. Ended up returning them. Not even remotely worth the money.

WARNING to those considering #Philips Hue lighting: After purchasing and installing, the bulbs began flashing and would not work. Tech support recommended replacing the dimmer with a regular switch, which I did. Still did not work. So, after many hours and lost $, Philips now says that I should have not installed the bulbs and bridge with a dimmer that damaged the bulbs and voided the warranty. This is really POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, as this should never have happened. A large print warning about use with non-Hue dimmers, and letting me know immediately without spending extra time and money after reaching out to support was the least they should have done. STAY AWAY FROM PHILIPS HUE LIGHTING!

I love the lights but the “smart” part of them is lame. I have to repeat my command two or three times before it takes. Also My lights turn off and on at random times. Just a waste of money in my opinion

i did not care for these lights. I thought it would be a lot simpler to work with but i guess i'm not very technically inclined. if you are into these type of lights then it could be for you. But for me it didnt work out the way i imagined. A lot of the apps to use these with cost even more money. Should be included as the kit is very expensive. Just another way to take our money.

Very easy to set up. Lights when using them in normal mode are very dim due to their low wattage. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I like the idea of them turning on prior to entering house. But the brightness is not great.

Difficult to install and most of the time it won't work through voice command

Haven't been able to get the hub connected yet so can't give a proper review.
