I did a bunch of research before buying my first set of smart lights. After everything I read I choose these. So far I absolutely love them. Wife initially thought the idea of smart lights was dumb but now she loves it. She wants more of them in the house. The color temperatures are great and color choices are just plain fun. I also like some of the automation things you can do with geo fencing and alike. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to switch to smart lights the right way the first time.

If your kids are creative and like to photograph things it’s wonderful. Different lighting - great

They are a bit on the expensive side but pair these with Alexa and everyday can be a different theme! Go crazy and see how creative you can be!

My wife bought me the Alexa Show as an early Christmas gift. Once I purchased the lights there was no turning back. It’s so cool how you can change the mood and ambiance of your home with lights. I totally enjoy changing the scene of my home.

Theses things are great. I am 1000% behind the smart home revolution. It seems like a waste of money maybe at first (maybe for awhile actually), but once you get used to them it’s a no brainer. Almost everyone I show owns them shortly after.

Countless options, works great with Alexa. Favorite feature is the ability to create “scenes”.

I can be lazy now and turn off lights from my phone! The neat thing is if you buy the colored ones you can switch the color ambiance!

I love my Philips Hue Smart Lights. I was given a starter set a year ago as a gift and just purchased my 2ndset as I needed the extender to expand coverage to my entire home. I now have most of my home installed with SmartHue lights. I love being able to change the color and hue of the lights depending upon the season and tailoring them to different events. My only complaint is that they are a bit difficult to set up with other apps and smart home equipment such as Google Home. I had to have my college kid set them up for me and it has even been a struggle for him. I will say we are trying to do lots of neat things with them such as setting up Good Night routines, etc. These don't always work but when they do it is quite nice. I am hoping with additional learning on my part that having lights turn on and off by voice command or by scheduled routine will become a very simple and consistent process.

They have SO many colors... they work very well, and the Phillips Hue app for controlling them is really awesome. It's very user friendly and convenient, and always responds appropriately to what I'm trying to do. It also links to both Amazon Alexa and the Google Home devices, of which I have both, and both work equally well with them. I actually prefer the layout of the Google Home interface app to Alexa's but they're pretty close contenders. Anyways, these lights are great and work really well. I highly recommend them.

I have several of these bulbs from Philips and they work great even after 5 years. The new ones seem to provide even better color and control.

I got this while it was on a sale. I originally purchased one for my room and I bought this one so now my whole house is lid up with Alexa. Such an innovative item. Got this for my girlfriend and other friends. This is a must have item.

Super easy to set up, lots of customization options, and just plain fun to use. What sets Philips Hue color products apart is the well-tuned color spectrum -- it can output pretty much any color of the rainbow unlike some other options.

Super easy, to setup. You can be up and running in a few minutes. Cheapest I've seen so far.

I really love the ability to change the colors. They work great with my Alexa (and kind of with Google). The thunderstorm affect is great.

My first smart device's purchase and I love it. I did not have a chance to go through all the settings, but so far I like it. The only thing it missing, or I have not figure out, is how to limit guest on what bulbs they and manipulate.

These lights perform as advertised with a simple hHook up and can reach the hub station from nearly any point in my house both upstairs and basement I will continue to buy these lights and replace existing lights throughout my house.
