Before this product I was using the modules that you plugged into the wall and my lights plugged into it. This is much more efficient and all the colors are impressive The presets all also really nice to set moods.

I absolutely love the hue light system. We are still learning how to get the most of this product, but it is awesome. Love that you can change the colors of the bulbs with an app. We are still working on all that it can do with Alexa.

These lights are awesome! Love that I can can control (on, off, timer, color, etc) them with my cellphone. If you want to try wifi lights, i highly recommend this kit as is gives you many options for the right price!!

Love the hue lighting,from the colors to the app to being able to use my google home to turn them off and on My favorite feature was putting a bulb in my porch light and setting a timer for when it comes on and off!

Great, Philips - Hue White and Color Ambiance A19 LED Starter Kit

Kind of gimmicky, and they've definitely lost their excitement but they work perfectly. I loved that I could connect them to my phone or watch and that I could do all sorts of fun 'tricks' with them.

Simple set up and use. The lights are colorful and add nice atmosphere to our rooms.

Had these for almost two years now. paired them with my Google home. couldn't imagine going back to getting out of bed to turn out the lights, now I just yell at Google to do it

I purchased these lights to replace a set of daylight LEDS in a 5 bulb ceiling fixture. I was not impressed by the brightness of the Hue lights. Did not put out as much light as stated and that's times 5 bulbs (purchased an extra to go with the starter kit). Colors were good, but not as vivid as one would expect. Set up with the hub was rather easy. I was able work through any setup issues rather quickly. In the end, I replaced all 5 with the Lifx. The Lifx were a pain to setup, but once set up the brightness was great with more vivid colors! At the price point for the Hues, I expected brighter light output and more vivid colors. I will reuse the Hues where I don't need as much brightness. Purchased as part of Google Home bundle so did not return, otherwise I would have returned. Not impressed as much as I thought that I would have been. Pros - Setup was easy, costs less than Lifx color bulbs. Good for small spaces. Hub concept works best as long as you have a free Ethernet port on your router. Cons - Not very bright and not as bright as stated 800 Lumens. Not good for larger rooms. Cost per bulb is rather high for what you get.

Adds a cool ambiance to any room. Really nice in the kids rooom.

This made my husbands office AMAZING! It can change color to the beat of movies or music and you can use your phone, computer or Google home to change the colors. We will be buying more for other rooms in our home!

If you are interested in smart lights this is the best option!!
