The color spectrum allows you to set the mood from brightest day setting to mood lighting prior to sleeping. The other color settings are excellent as well. Works well with Alexa and phone apps. They are a bit pricey but looking forward to placing in other rooms.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gotta be honest, before i bought this, i never thought i would buy color lights. but these lights are so versatile, it can be linked to your existing smart home devices and once set up (takes a bit of effort, but doable), you can set it pretty much any way you can think of, very cool. my friends came over it and decided to buy one themselves, i think i deserve some commissions for that lol

Great addition

I can brighten the mood of the room in an instant. My husband and I were both able to sync our apple and android phones to the hub and utilize the features. The hue app itself has a bunch of fun tools to really make unique scenes around the house. Can't wait to add more. Throw in a smart home device and it makes it 10x times better.
