Great for Smarter Home

It's better than I thought. You can watch shows and play games with the lights adjusting as you play. Keep in mind, doesn't work on HD Netflix due to some sort of copyright.

3rd Gen WoW
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 3rd gen bulbs are great , definite difference to the 2nd gen, color reproduction is much better, no yellowish greens. If you you have the 2nd gen prob not worth to upgrade but great buy to spend the little extra to buy for a new system or room, you don't want to intermix in the same room as a difference can be seen if your picky like I am.

Hue Lights up my house

I'm using the Echo to control them and sometimes Siri. It's super nice to be able to change the colors dim and turn on and off with my voice. The hue lights are awesome. You will find it to be an investment but in the long term it will be worth it.
