I absolutely love the Philips Hue lights. I've got one in every fixture throughout my home including the wireless one behind my TV. I've got the lights set on timers so I never have to worry about the lights being on when I'm not home and I even use them in the morning to turn on with my alarm. They make for great ambiance when watching movies, and you can even set them to react to music using third party apps. They're LED so they use less electricity than standard bulbs and even with the cost up front its worth it because they will outlast standard filament bulbs. I will be using these from now on for every light I own.

These lights are awesome, especially when entertaining guests. The look on their face when they see you adjust your home lighting at the ease from your phone is great, plus you can connect to a Google Home / Alexa and turn off/on your lights while in bed. I've purchased four of these and while one went bad within a couple weeks (Phillips recommends not using the light switch to turn off/on the lights, I forgot, and after I did that a few times one bulb started flashing). Fortunately, Phillips customer service was awesome and got it replaced within a couple weeks. Definitely recommend.

These bulbs are absolutely incredible! With 16 million color options to choose from, you're bound to find a color you like! I purchased the Hue Starter Kit back in December, so I could control the lights with my Google Home device. It normally cost about $199, but I got it on sale for $139. The kit comes with 4 bulbs and the bridge, which I would recommend anyone to purchase first to start out with. The bridge allows you to connect up to 50 bulbs! Since the bulbs are normally expensive (about $49 each), I usually wait until they go on sale and buy them as needed.

The colors and control are terrific. The brightness is not as good as one would hope. They are overpriced by about 100%

These lights are the best thing I've ever bought. Love the way you can customize these lights especially if you have a Google home.

While they are somewhat expensive, the hue colored bulbs are definitely the best of their kind. They often run different sales and promos that make them easier to afford so I would advise checking regularly. I bought the starter kit and lightstrip for just my bedroom when I first moved and now every bulb in my house is a Phillips smart bulb. Most of them are the colored ones except a few like the garage and laundry room. They really make ur place look awesome with all the different schemes and settings and with the updated app, the functionality is much improved.

We have purchased a number of the Phillips hue bulbs and they all have worked well. The color options are endless and using it with Alexa or hue app is convenient.

Fantastic device. The Phillips hue lighting system is by far the best one out there there are many different lighting systems but this one takes the cake the apps that work with it in the recipes they make a pretty sweet the more you have the more fun it is

If you have a hue hub already, easy to add on to existing setup. $49.99 is way too much for this. Range of colors and brightness I hear are better with Lifx. Bought enough items to get to $100 to save $25 with Visa Checkout to make me feel better about the purchase.

I initially bought 4 and then added a 5th. I work a swing shift and being able to create softer lights not only dimmer but softer colors late at night helps me unwind from work and get to sleep. Connecting them to my Echo Dot which I did just cause I thought it would be fun has actually proven to be useful. Especially when my hands are full and I need to turn the lights on when I come home. The ease of setting was a nice surprise. I mean who has not heard that before and then struggled. All in all after reading the reviews and doing comparisons I went with the Hue lights and I am glad I did.

Overall the philips hue bulbs are good. Gen 3 bulbs are definitely more accurate for some colors than previous gens.

The lights work very well and are easy to use with the app. The colors are very beautiful and the lights can get very bright or very dim depending on how you want them set. The only issue is if I accidentally turn the light off at the wall switch, they don't always come on when I turn the switch back on.

The setup was easy and the range of colors and features is impressive. I would prefer for the light to be brighter.

be sure you know that this requires a HUB, the color options are greater with this bulb than with the non hub type.

These bulbs are a little expensive but a lot of fun. You can change colors to your favorite team when they are playing or adjust to relax or many other situations.

I really like the Hue system. This is the fourth addition to our setup. The bulbs are kind of pricey, but we really like the colors and features of the system.

This is my 3rd type of Phillips Hue light. I have 2 strips and a GU10 color, and now this one for my standard bedroom ceiling light. I chose the Hue since Google Home is very compatible with the series. my Alexa doesn't know as many commands, but Goggle home can change colors as well as intensities and the hue responds.

I love these lights! From the ability to dim to the color options there's really no downside here. Highly recommended for your smart home.
