Terrible service

However, within 6 months of buying multiple bulbs, they stopped working. They get very hot when the switch is turned on but no light from the bulb itself. We tried calling Philips numerous times but never received actual support. Only a voicemail. Almost feels like there’s no support team for Hue at all. Again, product is good when it works but it’s something to keep in mind that the reliability and service is awful. You may find yourself having to buy new bulbs yourself a lot sooner than expected.
