Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been in the Hue ecosystem for a year now, and while the hardware quality of bulbs themselves has maintained at a healthy level, the software behind the ecosystem continues to get better every month. While it is an investment for sure, I can't recommend going the Hue route for peace of mind when it comes to everything "just working."

I used this one for the laundry room where color changing is not a big need. But I still get the convince of adding it to groups for automation. I also have one in the kitchen. Highly recommend if you already have a hue bridge.
