I got a free bulb with the purchase of my EchoPlus and intend to add more of these bulbs to my home. I love that I can "tell Alexa" to turn on/off these bulbs and reduce/increase the amount of light emitted. I am getting one for every room in my home!

So, my three boys just run around turning on lights and not turning them off. This caused me to have to walk around the house and turn them off at various times. Now, I just shut them all down from my phone. Another feature I like is the outdoor lights. They automatically come on at a specified time and I just shut them down when there is enough light outside. This is about control and energy efficiency. Pretty good stuff.

Bulb integrates nicely into my set up. No hub needed with the Amazon Echo Plus.

I love these bulbs and the fact that they work with Amazon Alexa....once all set up you can command Alexa to turn the lights on and off at anytime and the a dimmable with Alexa you can just say Alexa turn Living Room lights to 30% and she says OK and its done

After purchasing, I wish I would have bought the White Ambiance lights instead due to the limit of white colors it offers. But, they have worked great thus far and work well as porch lights. I'm sure they would be great in a lamp, but I don't have any lamps...

The Philips Hue White Light is really cool, I initially used it with an Amazon Echo Plus, but to get the full effect I added a Philips Hue Bridge which really brought the lights to life. I use these lights in my closet and control them with voice.

I did alit of research on the product and it eas a great purchase to go with the alexa

Lights up a room well and works with Alexa. I do not think we will go back to regular bulbs.

The ONLY thing wrong with this bulb is the price. So... this DOES work well, nice color light, and has good Wifi range. We are using it with an Echo Plus and it's really nice to just ask Alexa to turn off the light! I want to order more but looking at other brands to minimize the cost of ordering a dozen or more. Also not sure if Phillips makes a candelabra base in this type light.

Purchased the Philips HUE light along with the motion sensor for my son's walk-in closet. He tended to leave the light on in the closet 24/7, however not anymore. Now the light turns on with he enters and automatically turns off five minutes after he leaves.

This bulb is the most basic one Philips offers, but at $15 dollars you can get smart functionality in any room once you have a Hue hub. I put this in a floor lamp in my office and I can use my phone to turn it on or dim as needed without touching the lamp.

The bulb works great with my smart device. I really like the light it gives off.

Work well with Alexa and echo. Use in bedroom family room dining room. Great to voice control

The light bulbs are a good source of light. They provide additional security to my home.

With the introduction of the white hue bulbs, it's become much more affordable to automate the entire house past just a few gimmicky mutli-color bulbs. With the addition of full Homekit support, it's made for a really great enhancement to the tech lovers home.

price is about the same as most stores or online. I've been watching but I've only seen this bulb go on sale one time and it wasn't much of a savings. not worth holding off if you need any of these, buy them. at least Best Buy will ship them to me for free.
