High quality and works as advertised. App and bulbs get regular updates. It's fun to control the lights. I bought 6 and have tried them in different parts of the house both indoors and outdoors. They survived Texas heat and cold and rain and dust. If they were less expensive I would give them five stars.

Easy to use and compatible with lots of third party devices

I love this light bulb. I don't have a Philips Hue hub in my room but have used this as a plain light bulb. Will have a Hue hub soon though and plan on connecting this bulb with the app.

This light bulb is great for areas where you just want a standard light bulb that connects with the hue setup. It has the ability to go from bright down to night light but not nearly as neat as the colored hue light bulb. Slightly overpriced for a standard bulb.

We picked this bulb to extend our Hue Starter Pack and we'll definitely be picking up some more. You can just replace any standard bulb with this one, add it to your Hue Hub and suddenly it's programmable :-)

Love the lights and the control via Alexsa, but be cautioned that power disruptions will turn on all hue lights on power restoration. Twice now, I have come home to all lights being turned on due to power outage. Phillips has no plans to change this behavior!!! Sad!

Alexa controls this bulb on a basic level. I like another model better due to the other model being able to "tune" the color I want for that situation. This bulb is only dimmable. I also had troubles controlling it since the bulb name cause a problem with my shared household (parent and my household had to be split).

Perfect for my room not too bright and changed it out for a new bulb Had old vintage bulbs no I’m not worrying about wasting energy for having a hazard like bulb getting hot that can cause a fire using the smart bulbs in the attic when working in there it is really hot just enough light and doesn’t create heat the perfect bulb

This life has several different variances of white which is really awesome because you can study, you can work you can do cooking, everything that you need white light for is in this bulb I really like it.

I have some basement lights that are not operated by a switch and I wanted a central location where they could be turned on and off. These bulbs were perfect for the job as I did not need color just white light.

While using the white and color bulbs in the house we use these white only bulbs for the areas that we don’t really frequent as much. Like the garage. Where we just need them to turn on!

I have them all over my house. They will definitely make a person lazy. So convenient to shut a light of if you've forgot. Not really that expensive if they last as long as they say.

It is a adjustable light that can be fully adjusted.

The automation that is possible is great. Programable and responsive. My only CON would be light fixtures with multiple bulbs (can get pricey) and making sure the light switches are always on.

Simple addition to my Hue setup, I'm slowly replacing my regular bulbs with these Hue lamps. They work right out of the box and have no issues. This one is in an enclosed lamp outside and responds perfectly.

Great system but buy the multipacks to save money.
