Poor customer assistance lead to return
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to Best Buy and asked a staff member if this item (I showed him the box) will work with my new echo dot. His response was clear: yes, you only have to give it an individual name. I went home and found out the item would only work with a "bridge" (additional cost approximately $ 60). Either the staff member did not know his merchandise or he mistook the Philips hue bulb for a TP-Link or some other brand bulb. Instead of spending another $60 I returned the bulb.
