If you only want white lite this is the lamp for you

I have a number of these bulbs and are easy to use

this bulb does not change colors, only white color

I wish I had waited until the "smart" systems no longer require a main hub because I've never used it to its full "smart" functionality. We use it as a regular bulb and it's fine. For that, I way overpaid.

I would recommend to friend it's perfect led bulb.

A light that came with the hub failed in 1 week!!!

this was a gift, and the giver was told by sales that the bulb would respond directly to a Google Home mini without a bridge--which is not true. So I could not comment further--this is more a reflection on the service than the product...

I was very pleased with the Hue bulbs I purchased--until two of them failed. I had misplaced the receipt, so Philips refused to honor the warranty. I could understand one failing. Two suggests to me that there is some form of quality issue. I replaced the two that failed with C by GE bulbs and am much happier with them. No hub is required for the GE bulbs, installation is easier, and they are less expensive. The only issue is that you need to have a Google Home very nearby. That's not a problem for me, so I will not be buying Philips Hue bulbs in the future.

I can't believe they can't come up with a better system then the bridge system they have. Often times when I'm using apple home they don't work and i have to go through the HUE app.

Overall a good purchase. Wish the lights were a little brighter. The away function doesn't work 100% of the time. Phillips is a solid company so, I will definitely be purchasing more of their products as the technology evolves.

They worked fine the first few weeks and then got disconnected from the network and is not on my smart home automating system. I used siri and amazon eco and same problem with both.

Philips Hue needs a separate Bridge (network adapter) either made by Philips or included in the purchase of a Alexa Echo Plus (second or third generation). (Try a "Lifx" bulb instead)

I purchased this product a few months ago - as the summary states “I’m not over impressed, for the price.” It functions no issues and pairs with Alexa.

These lights are good for the bathroom, hallway and kitchen area and compared to the color lights are very affordable. I recommend these to anyone with other hue lights who don't have a need for the colored lights. A

I like a true white light and this is not that, it is a soft yellow light maybe some like that sort of bulb but it is not for me. Other than that it was kind of cool to control my lights with Alexa.

Purchased these and had to return them because i didnt have a SmartHub. So i had to return them because they didnt work with my smart home system. Be sure you have purchased the correct hub before buying.

I have a few smart bulbs and while they are cheaper than buying smart switches I believe that smart switches are the way to go. But over all the product works but it costs to much in my opinion

I was excited by this purchase. However when I determine that I needed to buy a bridge to make this light bulb work. I have not purchased a bridge because it seems too expensive.

It came with my Alexa, but was never explained to me that I had to purchase a hub for it to be compatible with my Alexa, guess a trip back to Best buy so I can get some experience on it.

Works but there are some severe repairing issues. I moved and I can't use it on a new network unless I bought the Phillips hub. With the echo plus a hub isn't required so it's kind of catch 22
