BB call "consumable";don't open if unsure it works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Advertised "Compatible with Zigbee-certified"..but when you open it and try it and find it does NOT work with Smart Things hub (clearly advertised as a Zygbee hub), they tell you it's non-returnable because it is considered a consumable products.

Doesn't work work with Amazon Alexa

That is not readily apparent in the description on the web page. I didn't realize that it required another piece of equipment until I took it out of the box. It seems to work OK as a regular LED light bulb.
