These lights are very nice and work great with amazon echo. I use them with the dot and they are great. I do find them to be a bit expensive. However they are to me the best available and I was able to get them at Best Buy for only 9.99 apiece so I bought some extras to go with the starter kit I already had. They can be controlled with your phone and the hue app or by voice with the echo and can be set to any brightness from 1-100%. You use a hue skill on the echo to do that. Use them in two lights in the living room and two in the bedroom, as well as the back and front porches. You can group them to your liking as well. Great product, would recommend them to anyone wanting a little home automation!

I love these light bulbs. They are much easier than I thought to set up. I love how you can dim them without a dimming switch. That was my main reason for purchasing them. But the fact you can use an app was just an added plus. I will say the app isn’t Apple to tell if the light switch has been turned on if you didn’t turn it on through the app which would be my only complaint.

The BEST for total control of your lighting! Works flawlessly with Google Home - and so convenient to just say "turn the XXX light on" without worrying about reaching for a switch.

I use these lights and the hue version for growing purposes and it helps out a lot. Why spend thousands of dollars on a hydroponics when these light do all the majority of the work.

I purchased this bulb for use in my bedroom with an Amazon Echo Dot. I am able to control it, including dimming with just my voice. Was so impressed, I bought 4 more of these bulbs!

The bulb integrates seamlessly with the Hue App and pretty well with the Amazon Alexa. It's easy to sync the Hue Bulb with the Hue App and I really enjoy being able to adjust the dimming setting via the app or Alexa. I still need to implement the higher level functions, like grouping the lights to turn on and off, but being able to tell Alexa to turn on and off my major lights throughout the house, including the driveway lights, is fun and convenient.

I dont know where to start. These lights are amazing! They work with alexa, and have a phone app you can open and control your lights from. Perfect for when your out of town. They use very little power, they dim, they are bright, I really cant say enough good things about this. They are a bit expensive but well worth it. The lights need the hub to operate with alexa and with the phone app..otherwise they are just bulbs.

Brought this light to add to my home. It was kind of cheap for a basic white light. I have had the Hue for a while and I can say my energy bill has went down. The feature I like is that I can set my lights to turn off when I leave home and turn on automatically when I home. I like that I can dim it.

My hallway switch is a bit complex when it comes to its wiring so i waived the smart switch installation for my smart Home and went with this option instead. Not dissapointed.

I really like the hue bulbs and the light that they put out. Their smart home features integrate nicely and we continue to find ways they make our lives easier in our house. That being said, this is my first try with a white only bulb. Likely in the future will stick with the white/color bulbs which are significantly more costly--that being said, for the amount of time LEDs last, I like having options.

Currently these are selling for $14.99 I think that's the cheapest I found for WiFi lights. The app has a bit to be desired but for a light what can you expect? I will say that the IFTTT integration has be awesome setting the lights to turn on at sunset has be perfect give them a try I think anyone would be happy with them.

So far light has worked flawlessly, hope it last as long as manufacture promises. Nice to have security I can control at home by voice command and away from home on my phone.

I have some of the ones that do colors but they are very expensive. These are a good addition for lights that don't need color. The Philips Hue app is surprisingly sucky but the bulbs are great

They are fun! I use mine in pendants over my kitchen island. They are programmed to come on and off with dim and bright settings at different times during the day and evening all from an iPad.

I purchased a starter set just to see if they would work for me. After getting everything setup I realized how nice these were so I purchased two additional bulbs to complete my lap setups. It is so nice to be able to turn them on and off remotely and using Alexa with the Amazon Dot. The bulbs themselves have a nice light that can be bright or dimmed down to a night light. Setup was extremely simple. This is the way to go folks.

These light bulbs are awesome. I have a whole set of them and they all work together. This solid white one is in the bathroom and then I have the colored ones in the bedroom.

I'm a huge fan. Far better than the expensive Wemo devices (really awful product). I finally switched over to Philips Hue product a few months ago after seeing their box set on sale. You need their "bridge" for the all the lights to work and what a difference. Plus, it works with Amazon's Echo! Another added feature? Dimmer functionality! I can finally control the brightness via iPhone, iPad or just ask Alexa and it's done! It's that simple.

The Hue smart white bulbs are a great option in places where color and white temperature control are not important. I have 9 of these in my home. They have worked perfectly over the months I have had them. I have experienced no failures or unexpected behaviors. They get nice and bright when needed and the dimming control works without issue. The Hue app is pretty nice, with the ability to group lights into rooms, allowing for both individual and room control. I currently control these lights via a few different methods, including Smartthings automations, Stringify automations, Apple Homekit, Alexa voice control and Google Home voice control. Because of how they work directly with Alexa, if Smartthings is down for an update or any other reason, I can still control the Hue lights with Alexa, which is definitely convenient. I know there are some less expensive smart bulbs available, but I have been very happy with these Hue bulbs. I also own some other Hue bulbs/products, and have been quite satisfied. But, these ”plain” white bulbs were my introduction to Hue, and their good quality convinced me to choose more Hue products.

This is a great LED bulb. It’s designed to work with the Phillips Hue Hub and is easy to set up. A bit pricey at $15 but integrates nicely with other smarthome devices.

I started my smart home setup with this bulb and it is runnign strong since two years now. I have paired it woith Amazon Echo plus and voice commands work like a charm. IT has 4 different shades of white to set the ambience and bright enough to lighten a small bedroom. Best budget option in Philips lineup and goes handy with a hub.
