I've pretty much outfitted my small apartment with Philips Hue products. These were put in my dinning room along with a dimmer switch/remote. These lights can be bright or dimmed and work great. They are expected to work for several years. Its nice coming home with the lights already on, anticipating your arrival.

Philips Hue bulbs worked great with my Echo Dot 2 and are very helpful if you program your lights to turn ON or OFF at certain time. I use them with a Philips bridge.

I continue to add bulbs to my Hue starter kit, and they pair without any issue. Great product. Ease of use makes it even easier for me to add more around the house!

I have these Philip Smart Bulbs throughout my large home and they are great. Easy to set up and have Alexa turn them on or off for me! Great price at Bestbuy when they are on sale! I even have (3) of these Philip Smart Bulbs on the outside and they work fantastic, as I can operate them when I am away from home which is super! For my money, Philips Bulbs are the best period!

We love these lights. We already have three rooms in our house with the lights. We bought these to go in our nursery. Best Buy was cheaper than Home Depot and we had free shopping.

These light bulbs and the Hue hub work well with the app and with Alexa. Just name the device or device group and ask them to be turned on and at what brightness.

Love being able to verbally turn light on throughout my house without having to leave my chair. Good when I'm preparing to go up stairs to my bathroom or bedroom.

I recently bought the Amazon Echo and Echo dot. After joining a discussion and support forum, I realized I was missing out on some very cool Stuff. These bulbs are kind of the gateway drug of Smart Bulbs due to their affordable price. I bought 3 and have really enjoyed the voice control through the Alexa voice activated home automation controls. I plan on buying more and would highly recommend the whole system approach of home automation. However I'd say buying the Echo Dot is the best way to go, due to Price and easy placement. You MUST buy the Philips Bridge in order to control these bulbs as well. One bridge can control about 30-50 items/bulbs.

This little light is a great addition to the home. If youre not interested in using colored lights in certain rooms, save yourself some money and get this instead.

Never thought we would be so excited to go smart! I'm ready to have a light smart light in every room - easy and fun to use and install and hook up to our Echo!

We bought the Echo Plus which came with this light bulb. it works just as we expected with the Echo Plus. It will dim, turn on and off through Alexa commands.

These are really great bulbs to use for your smart house setup. I can control the lights from the Philips Hue Switches (sold separately or in a combo pack), my phone app, Apple Watch or by asking Siri or Amazon Echo to turn lights on, off, dim. The lights are very bright when on full and can be dimmed to nightlight level. The bulbs are great for setting the lighting mood for any occasion or activity.

I know I have barely scratched the surface with what this product is capable of, but already it's awesome!! Don't hesitate for a second to start putting these in your house!!

I purchased these to use with mom’s Phillips Hue hub. She is 94 and loves to be able to turn her lights off and on with Alexa while sitting in her recliner.

I have chosen this Hue brand of lights as the way to illuminate my connected home and have been very satisfied. I’m happy to see the range of products expanding all the time and this basic bulb is a great start and reasonably priced way to see if this upgrade to your home is for you. Use it with a Hue hub or the newer Amazon echoes that have a hub built in.

Great on wattage consumption and very bright. I saw a big difference in my electric bill once i changed all my lights to hue.

I really like the Hue bulbs. I now have 8. I can turn them on and off with the Hue app or Alexa. I love being able to turn on lights before entering a room.

We got our first smart light with the Echo Plus since then we have purchased another 5 or so. It is so great to just walk in, tell Alexa to turn on a lamp or hall light or whatever, and it's on. They can dim with voice command or by app, and what we like most is to be able to get in bed and tell Alexa to turn off the light and poof! Lights are out! We love it!

I love these light bulbs, I have installed 4 of them. You also must purchase the hue bridge in order to control the bulbs. I'm able to control them when away from home with my IPhone or have Alexa turn them on when at home. They can be turned on with an automatic setting or you can turn them on at your leisure. They are very easy to install even for a technology challenged person like myself.
