Use these bulbs for basic Hue lighting- app control and dimming. Good price for bulbs that only do white light.

I first bought the Hue starter kit and I loved it. I needed more bulbs and this was on sale.

I love these bulbs! I have had one for 1.5 years and it is still alive and kicking! The range may be questionable as my Philips hub is on one end of the house on the lower level and I have a bulb in the bedroom on the opposite end on the upper level. It works 95% of the time but annoying when it can't connect. Not sure if this is the bulb, apple's homekit, alexa or a combination. The bulbs work 100% of the time in my other locations.

I bought these to work with my Amazon Echo device. They work well. I paired them with the Phillips Hue hub.

I purchased these bulbs to use with Alexia. They usually work well when given a command but about 15% of the time Alexia says she can’t find the bulb. I am not sure how to improve the connection.

These bulbs work really well, once screwed in the Philips Hue app found them quickly, and I haven't lost connection to them since, unless of course I turn the switch off at the wall. I have 5 of these so far and plan to buy more for other rooms. Love the alarm and timer features, as well as the scenes. I've written anotice application to allow me to control these by simply speaking a command, much like the echo. I may even add the echo for the far field feature.
