I am using the Philips Hue Starter Kit with the Google Home. It is a great novelty but not as earth shaking as it is promoted. I do use it to change the thermostat and that saves some walking. My biggest use is using it to impress the grandkids.

I now have several of the A19 bulbs, a couple BR30 bulbs, and a couple of lightstrips. I really enjoy these. They are extremely easy to set up, provide great options for customization, and look great! Looking forward to adding on down the road. (be sure to check what type of bulbs you have, I was rather surprised to see how few A19 bulbs my house actually used).

I bought these to test out some smart lighting and to get some RGB mood lighting because they're the only brand I've seen in stores (not counting the Illumi). When I'd hook all 3 up, they'd randomly disconnect from the HUB. I'm not exactly sure why and I wasn't able to figure that out so the device(s) were returned. At $200 you're most likely better off investigating other solutions unless you absolutely have the cash to drop. Hubbed devices make no sense to me, but that's my opinion. They did exactly what you'd expect them to do when they worked and the colors were AMAZING.

Excellent addition to any smart home. Having the ability to download third party apps that set different moods with the lighting is fantastic!

I initially purchased the Phillips Hue Starter kit for my home theater room. It installed without any issues and provided exactly what I was looking for in the way of lighting. Do you homework first, because there are all kinds of options...

Not sure how a white light bulb could make any color (in the rainbow) of light....I was amazed. We enjoy the soft light that Amazon Echo turns these to when given many different commands to the richness of a sunset or the aurora borealis. What fun and they require just a fraction of regular bulbs for power, Really, really like these 3 bulbs in this set. Easy to setup.

I've seen these used in many ads and I thought they were amazing. The thought of changing the color of the light depending on what you need it for was perfect and was what sold it for me. What I love is that it has many colors to choose from you can go from bright normal lights to romantic dinner lights to bright white lights to a relaxing yellow glow. Great product!

A real easy set up, and I love the different color lights for moods

Bought this recently for the lamps and kitchen. I was able to sync the Phillips Hue light bulbs to both the Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Purchased as a bundle with Google Home at a good price. Love the lights, change of colors and the ability to control with voice activation

My husband got an Amazon Echo f/Christmas, so we got this in order to control the lights. I like so many of the features. I like the ability to change the bulb color w/o changing the bulb. I really like setting the routine feature. It's nice to be able to set the lights to come on & go off @ a certain time. Now, we're considering getting a thermostat too.

The bulbs are bright, give good lighting and have good functionality. They are costly but worth the further investment to cover in the house.

Works great, cool that the lights change colors, has an app you can turn off and on. Only bad thing is.. really expensive for lights.

Good lighting. I like the multiple different colors and settings. I do wish the bridge was wireless and didn't have to plug into the router.

I like the brightness of the LIFX lights but the connectivity was poor. The Phillips do the job for the theatre room and stay connected.
