energy efficient lighting with ability to control light what could be better

This kit is everything that you need to get started. Once you see what you can do with these lights you will want more and more. The setup was fluid. Customization is almost unlimited. Take time to really play with what you can do and you will be amazed.

Most have to start your smart home. Very easy to set up the hub and program.

Except for the fact I didn't pay attention to the fact that the hub wasn't Wi Fi as say the Wink ones are and had to be plugged in to the router via ethernet they work fine with many colorful themes that can be controlled by either Google home or Alexa By the way I had the Wink ones and they were a pain to connect and don't let your Wi Fi hiccup so all and all a good alternative to Wink

App needs more functions. Have to get 3rd party apps. Easy to use. Very Expensive.

Hue bulbs are really a great accessory to a home. Setting scenes for dinners and socials in great. Even better is to schedule when the lights turn on or off is great. They are expensive and 3 bulbs are not enough but it is a worthwhile addition to any home

Coupled with a smart home device, this has changed my life more than anything else has in a long time. Controlling lights with my voice and being able to change the brightness and colors have made my life so much easier. It's worth it!

The color spectrum of these lights is quite large, and allows you set almost any ambiance you might like. The ability to manage them with Google Home or the various Amazon assistant products, and the phone app(s), is easy. I will be buying more of them.

I really wasn’t sure if it was worth it, but I have to say this product has changed my mind! It truly sets the mood in or house and the ease of turning all the lights on and off and being able to change the color of the lights is amazing!

I was a very hesitant to want to transition into this new way of lighting. After speaking with Ann in store rep I went ahead and purchased it. Went home set it up with my Echo and now everyone that come over thinks it's cool to change the color or dim the lighting without leaving the couch lifting an arm. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE BULBS, THEY ARE VERY EASY TO DAMAGE AND THEY ARE $50 A BULB.

I absolutely love my Philips Hue Multi Color Lights! They are extremely convenient. I knew they changed to several colors but I really didn't understand that they literally can change to ANY color. I said Carolina Blue and they changed to that! Amazing!

I setup with the Google home and able to control with the voice commands.

Love to be able to control the ambiance in any setting by changing the colors using my smart phone. Only wish it could be compatible with my Wink hub

I am thoroughly happy with the Philips Hue kit, it's a little on the expensive side but at the end of the day it's worth it for the convenience. Recommend keeping an eye out for sales on amazon for the 3rd Gen starter kit (camelcamelcamel), sometimes the kits is available for $130. Recommend IFFT after setting up the Philips Hue. Works great with Google Home and Google Assistant.

The starter pack is a bit expensive but comes with everything needed. The hue app doesn't provide as many features as other third party apps. I personally use mine with Thorlight, it has a TON of features which makes this purchase worth every penny.

These lights work even better than described on line. We were able to get this connected to Apple HomeKit in a matter of minutes and we'd made a number of Scenes shortly afterwards. We also connected these to Alexa and the system works great.

Good deal for the price. The set is cheaper than purchasing just one.
