I got these to be able to turn the lights on and off with my voice. I hated getting in bed to go to sleep and then realizing I left the lamp on. So now, instead of getting out of bed to turn it off, I just tell Alexa to turn it off. Love it!

These bulbs when set up together with the Phillips Hue Bridge make life easier. You can turn an entire room or your entire homes lights on with a push of a button or by asking your smart home device while at home or away!

Needed a smart light to use in some fixtures outside. Even though these say indoor use, they're perfect for my porch lights. Super bright and lights up my front doorway. No issues with setup either.

Replaced candle lights with PHILLIPS HUE CANDLELIGHTS in bedroom fan/light combo. Now I can say “Hey Google, goodnight!”, TV shuts off and the lights to my bedroom turn on. And all this from my living room!!!

We have many Hue Bulbs in our home. We have never had an issue with any of them. They work as described. Will be buying more for a few other lights. The only CON with the bulbs is the price.

The lightbulb is above me as I type. I was happy to find a Hue light that works in my fancy little light socket, so I can get Alexa to turn it on and off for me.

After reading a lot of online reviews, I realized the first step for home automation is to install smart lights. I opted for Philips Hue system as because they were dependable and had an excellent smartphone app to control lighting. On the price side, the smart bulbs are on the higher end, but I believe it's a one time investment.

I need this for my small chandelier in foyer so I can used it with my google home to turn on and off the light it works perfect with my Philip hue base station.

Alexa voice commands works pretty well after I figured out how to group the lights into the Alexa app on my phone. That was the only barrier. If you already have the Philip's Hue app and installed the lights correctly there, your settings should already be mapped to Alexa. Overall, I'm satisfied.

These are great because my front porch fixture can only hold the Candle Bulbs. This allow me to keep my house well lit at night.

Took a while for Philips to introduce the candelabra size light bulb. As always the quality is very high. It can produce a variety of white shades, cool to warm, and dims over a great array.
