Not the same plug style

Major issue selling Hue lights in wrong packaging

I received all of the items I ordered in the correct packaging however the lights inside were not 5/6 inch recessed down lights in color and white ambiance. 2 of the lights were 4 inch lights with no color capability but did connect to my hue bridge. The other 5 were 5/6 inch lights but were hue WiFi and not Zigbee lights. I can only assume someone at Best Buy is repackaging returned lights in incorrect packaging amd then selling them as new. I had to return these to Hue under warranty due to not being installed until after 30 days from purchase. Beware buying these lights from Best Buy. Zero stars Best Buy. I filed claim with Philips Hue and purchased lights directly from them. Lights are now what I ordered and work great.

Only works with Can Lights.

Finally! Color plus white high hats!

These are great, going to replace all of my high hats with these over time. Finally can control everything in my house with one app as well, added bonus. Only bummer is the price but that's Hue in general. They are worth the investment though!
