Super simple to setup. Nice light for up lighting. Only complaint is wish hue app would let u lock down a color across a group of bulbs.

I have 6 A19s color and 6 a19 white. This adds a bit to the room to shine off the wall. Simple but works good.

I like this. It works well to project different colors on the wall behind my tv. It has a lot more color options than the regular light bulbs.

This is a great accent light to add color to any room when connected to your Hue system. Love the ability to change the color to match the mood!

I am giving at 4 stars but I don't think I would recommend this to anyone. The bad: The bloom isn't very bright and the biggest problem I have with it is that you can' add the Bloom to a light recipe. The Bloom is only RGB so there are some colors and shades it can not do. The best use I found for the bloom is behind my tv when the other lights are off to set the mood with a dark color like dark blue or green to help set the mood of the movie.

The Hue Bloom is a great backlight for the corner by our HDTV. It's neither too dim, not too bright and integrates nicely into our Hue system.

This is a great addition if you already own hue products. I have them illuminating the wall on top of 7 ft dressers very pleasant to wake up too

It's a light. A stand alone light that can't really be mounted anywhere, just set on the floor or on a table. Not sure what the opposite of versatile is, but that's what I would call this. Having said all that, this has the cooler features of the hue system and the accompanying apps, so if you want a fancy color changing light bulb that can only be set on the floor or a table and can only be positioned at the exact angle the base is... then this is pretty cool.

A wonderful addition to my Hie lighting system. It's a multi color bloom bulb that provides perfect color wash effects for my walls.

I picked this up to paint the wall behind my tv with some color and it's perfect. syncs up with the others in hue app so im happy!

A great addition to my hue setup. I have placed on glass shelf stand. It looks great. Highly recommend as a great accent light.

This is a simple starter to a Philips - Hue collection. It's great to put behind a freestanding flat screen.

I have it placed behind my tv and change the colors all the time. I tell Siri to change it for me. Pretty cool.

I needed a light to compliment my existing Hue lights. This one did the trick. Amazing colors. So easy to connect.

Bought two of these. Placed one behind my TV and one on top of a hutch for accent lights. Worked great and added some color.

You need a bridge for it, otherwise you can't even turn it off. But if you get the bridge, it's the best accent light available

This is easy to set up and control through Amazon echo or an app you can download to you phone. It has lots of fun light settings.

I love the Hue products, especially combined with my Echo and iPhone. They are expensive, but they are fairly easy to configure and work reliably. The Bloom lights work very well to add soft lighting and color to our bedroom. They also add some fun with the third party apps that can create moods or lighting effects with music. The only concerns I have with the Bloom is that the colors don't seem to be as rich as the new 3rd gen bulbs, and I wish they'd go a little dimmer at the lowest settings.
