Got the bloom strictly cause of sale price and wanted to add light to corner of room with no lamp. Connected to my home network fine. Syncs with everything as it should. Problem is the colors on this are off from.my 3rd gen hues. And more importantly it sucks with certain colors. Ive found yellow to be a joke and purple is very weak. Now other colors like magenta and green are rich and deep. But its totally worth the extra money to get a better, brighter, and portable go.

Have 2 of these, one on each side of the tv and they are really nice accent lights. ceramic base is nice too, i do wish they had the same light output as te hue go, after picking up a few hue go's they make the blooms seem weak

This one im actually disappointed in. I am unable to reset the light in order to pair it with the hue instead of it being on my amazon echo plus. I hope this can be fixed..oh and it cant do cool white for some reason

I purchased this lamp because I already have a Hue bridge in my house and wanted to add to my system. I placed the Bloom behind my tv for movie time ambience. Keep in mind you need the bridge for this bulb to work.

Hue is one of nicer brands out there for smart lighting. I purchased this for lighting effect in living room, does the job perfectly. hook them up with sync apps and they really make good effects.

I use the light in the corner of a room to provide an accent to the room. I use it with the pre loaded room scenes on the Hue App. I provides that additional light to the room that makes the lighting concept complete.

4 stars because in the store the salesman told me that it did not require wires... It's wired to a plug in the wall block that has to stay plugged in. Still a nice wifi light with cool feature s.

My experience with Hue color lights has been they're most effective when the light is indirect, bounced off walls etc. These lights are prefect for that purpose. They're nice and small but provide big ambiance.

I love the Bloom and am happy with the purchase. It provides fun up-lighting and I am able to choose between a wide variety of colors. We also own the Philips Go and I prefer the Bloom.

Nice lights to add character to any walls. Just the connecting part to the Philips Hue Bridge is kinda cumbersome. It takes awhile for it to detect the bulb but when it does all goes smooth.

bought this hue bloom two years ago and still works. linked up to smart things hub and have set up automation. voice command thru Alexa and Google works every time.

I purchased this light to try it out as an "alarm" light, and it's working out. It's nice to wake up to slowly growing sunrise light color. It's not the greatest looking lamp, but it's a nice small size.

This item is an extension of my Amazon Echo + Philips lighting plan in my household. The new system allows you to set moods & tones room by room or light by light. It's become the best touch to my home.

Love these Hue lights. They work well. The only downfall is that the bloom seems to be a tad bit off color wise for certain colors like Blue when using with other regular Hue bulbs

Got this to work as a TV Bias light and was going to sit by my TV facing the wall. To my delight the angle cut into the stand perfectly fir the space between my TV and the back wall. So works perfectly!

I got into Hue about a year and a half ago after watching some videos on YouTube. This was one of the devices featured. I bought one for the bathroom. It works well, and I like it, but it should really sell for about $30 not $60, considering it's pretty much a stripped down version of one of the bulbs. If you run dynamic scenes, it will flicker. It can't transition very well. However, it's really good for low light effects, when you don't really want to put an 800 lumen bulb in a space and the Hue Strips won't work either. I would recommend this, but with a caveat.

I had it in my head this item was a bit larger and threw off more light. It does a good job but a lot of your success depends on geometry. How you aim and angle the light into the wall goes a long way.

We have several of these in our kitchen on the counter tops, aimed against the backsplash. They keep our kitchen perfectly lit to a sunset glow!!

We have these placed around our entertainment center and they help the ambiance of the area by adjusting to different lighting conditions both in the room and on the TV.

This was the perfect light to give a little depth to my rooms. Easy addition to my existing bulbs. Also it’s well made, not made of a cheap plastic, more like a metal? Good product.
