However, their QC of late is poor at best! I purchased 2 of the hue strips for 79.99 each and both were defective. Poor wiring connections and broken strip welds in both strips. I hjave since returned and went with another alternative. get your act together Hue!! Competition has caught up!

I needed to trim it and I cut it exactly where the line was but the lights never worked and I couldn’t return it since it had been over a month since I purchased it and I cut the strip. I won’t be purchasing another.

Associate said there was nothing they could do. But judging by how this person spoke about the lights, I sort of got the sense that they really did not understand why that was so important.
