Terrible design. The connector does not connect well enough to stay in at all. I bought 2 and both have the same problem. We didn’t try to hang them before the 30 day return window ended so now I’m stuck. Will never but Phillips Hue again.

I had a power outage at my residence and this that time the Philips Hue Lightstrip will no longer connect to any device via BT. It was plugged into a surge protector. I'm very disappointed.

A bit on the pricey side. Works so well with Apple HomeKit as long as you have a Philips hue home bridge to go with it. Okay solution for cabinet light. Made better by buying third party accessories to get it just right. Tons of third party app options makes these very versatile! If you got money to blow… the quality and ease of set up make this accessible for anyone to get into.

The light strip turned on once when I set it up and hasn't worked since. Had a great experience with these when I bought them before, but the one I got this time must be defective.

A portion of the lights went out about three days after I installed . Went to Philips and they just brushed me off. Not sure really where to go from here…

The light will not stay on. They keep malfunctioning.....i an not happy with this purchase

Cheap quality for the price it is going for the piece that goes into the adapter bends and eventually messes up

Don't buy these. I wanted these for behind my TV. Didn't stick and very hard to bend

I didn’t get the second set of lights that come with this kit such a rip off. I would have purchased them from another store instead.

Broke within two weeks. Contacted Philips and they said I’m out of luck. So going to attempt to return it.

Couldn’t get it to connect, might be a problem with the product might be user error. I have no idea. I returned the product.

The product was used...dirty , plastic tape had been removed and it was obvious they had been mounted before. Terrible!

Installed under my cabinet. Connected it only find that the blur and green tones do not work. Boxed up to exchange.

The bridge connector keep turning off and on and lights keeps flashing

Love my Philips lights! Easy install and hook up for voice commands. They are a little pricey, but I think the quality is worth it. I wish they sold this base kit in 1M strip. The 2M kit was twice as long as I needed. I installed these in some LED strip light channels that I found which made installation a breeze and VERY professional looking.

Easy to install and a great addition to my Hue lighting system. They are flexible enough to install under counters, behind furniture or anywhere! This purchase was installed under my kitchen cabinets. It’s only a single color but works well and is very bright.

I love the app and the technology. Very easy to use, but i HAVE to give it three stars because it’s too short. For $75 it barely covers anything. They also do break easily. If you’re gonna have them on the same device, don’t worry but if you plan on switching it to a new TV or new furniture be very careful that you don’t break them.

Bought this 2 years ago and it’s still bright and beautiful! Never burnt out! Real sturdy and lasts long!

Once the adhesive fails and the lights start falling off of your television.....forget about it, take them off, toss them in the garbage, and start shopping around to buy some new lights.
