Product is good but app is not very stable. You need to keep pairing it for a while until it get stable.

Like the bulbs but they take a while to update when you initially set them up. Be prepared for a little wait.

Use the lights for my kitchen. It's nice to be able to dim them for some ambience.

I love these lights, however if the power goes out these come on when it comes back on so if you’re away you will come home to all your lights being on!!

These worked well for 2 years on a schedule outside, but 1 is now flickering.

I have tons of the A19 bulbs, but the Par30 bulbs just aren't bright enough at their max output.

I love the whole idea of asking Alexa to turn on the kitchen lights at 59% or whatever, and it happens. Great while it lasts. The box says the bulbs should last for (note, not guarantee) 25,000 hours. Then you look at the small print. 3 years, 3 hours a day. 3300 hours. And when you bulb dies at 3000 hours and 2.5 years, and you still have to fight for a replacement. Seriously??? These bulbs are fantastic while they last, but a $25 bulb needs to be guaranteed for longer than 3800 hours or it isn't worth a cr*p. Very hard to recommend these to anyone if Philips can't build them to last a lot longer.

Philips is a nightmare. Support doesn’t even read your emails.
