Almost the same as the old version

Easy Setup, Works as advertised

I recommend using the Hue app for more complex needs.

I use the Philips Hue widgets on my phone far more than this. The switch feels more like a shoddy implementation to be a renter friendly option to installing smart switches.

Very convenient

It has preset lighting, which is customizable along with dimming capabilities. I prefer a switch for kitchen lights, but just use the app or Alexa for all other lights.
