I let adrenaline get the best of me with this product. I don’t know what i expected but at the same time I did. As soon as you buy the product you use it for a good 3 days then after that you literally forget to turn it on or charge it. Another big downfall to this product it having to charge it. You can have it plugged in 24/7 but it comes with no stand so it’s laying flat all the time unless it’s rested up on something.

I added HUE GO portable lights to my existing HUE system in the house and highly recommend them. They are a 5 inch diameter circle of brilliant color, and in the event of a power failure, the built-in battery gives you light for hours! Plus, carry them outside for romantic dining or around the pool where you do not have power, and enjoy the ambience.

This was our first Hue light purchase since it was portable and wireless and can change rooms. It offered great mood lighting and would probably want 2 for a large living room. It’s best placed in a corner area so that the light reflects off a wall. It doesn’t quite reach to the ceiling if placed on a coffee table in the middle of a room or the floor. We purchased a music app and it really feels like a party with the lights changing to music.

You shouldn't expect these to light up an entire room, but they will bring a fair amount of illumination to a single wall or desk area. You'll need the bridge to utilize all of the Philips - hue Go functions.

The product is great and works just as described, very bright! On full brightness however the battery lasts for only about 2 hours.

Great when plugged in and portable in case power goes out. Will light up a small room.

We have about 10 lightbulbs from this lighting system throughout our house, and this Hue Go is our favorite! We use one as a stationary nightlight for our son's room, and another as a roving light wherever we want a fun colorful accent light (i.e. our backyard). Its so perfect and stays charged long enough through the night when we invite friends/family over. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase the Hue Go. It even works with your Alexa which is a plus!

The portability of the lights is very nice. you can put them anywhere, or just carry it with you. very cool colors.

I set these up in my theatre room so I can add additional light when needed as well as control the dim and color of the mood that I am trying to create. I am not an Apple fanboy - but I do love these lights.

This light is a perfect fit if you already have a hue lighting system in your home. This light has a lot of uses and since it is rechargeable you can use it all over the house. Great for parties or kids.

The hue Go is such a sweet product. I have one underneath my tv to give me the back glow I want on my wall. Having it hooked up to Alexa for voice command is just icing on the cake.

Great product because it’s convenient also like the different colors and it offers. Wish it had more apps directly from Phillips hue

I have many different HUE lights, and really enjoy integrating them with the numerous Apps that are available. The different moods that can be achieved are amazing. This model has a nice footprint, and includes a "lamp", as opposed to the HUE bulb only models.

I've got about 11 varied hue lights. Yes, they are expensive. But we're already seeing a $45.00 monthly decrease in our electric bill. At this rate they will pay for themselves by next Christmas!

Amazing brightness and colors. Portability is a plus. Looks great anywhere in a room.

I researched. I surveyed the competition, then I went out and bought 3 of these things!!! I'm all in with Philips Hue. These Go lights are great for a fixed location or you can unplug them and use them anywhere in your house on battery power. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is because I've only been able to consistently get about 2 hours on battery (I believe the website said you could get 3 hours). Other than that - they're great - plug them in, fire up your Hue app, setup the room and there ya go.

I really like this light as a accent light and when I bought it, it was on sale and only $5 more than the other one that's similar but can't run off of batteries and half the brightness. Speaking of brightness, at 300 lumens it is good as a accent or night light but don't expect it to light up a room. I have mine behind the TV so I can turn off the lamp and just have a little more light then what the TV provides. The fact that you can remove the plug and run it off the internal battery is a plus that may never get used but it's cool that it can.

Great little lamp. Hits all the colors. And portable. Gf uses it in the bath as well.

Since this is designed for accent lighting, I expected the brightness, especially on battery power, to be fairly low. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The brightness on battery power was what I expected when the unit was plugged in. The colors are more rich and it's easier to distinguish subtle differences in colors than another brand of smart LED lights I have. Very pleased.

We are slowly turing our home into a smart home...this is our 5th or so Hue product and we cannot say enough good things about them. Hue lights have made our life a little easier and having one that we can move around with us and take outside on our porch is super nice. I would recommend the Hue Go to anybody setting up a smart home and looking for a fun light that can move around with you.
