This light is a great addition to the hue family of lights. It’s portable and has built in battery so you can take it anywhere

This light is so cool. I'm glad I got this one since its portable but I wish I didnt have to buy the bridge also. Alot of things advertised u cant take advantage of without it

Bright enough to wash a wall with color but can be dimmed to very little light. Using it behind a tv is a great way to watch movies.

The Phillips hue system is easy to use and control. I purchased this light as an add-on and it does what it's supposed to, but you really need several of them to illuminate a room adequately.

Easy to set up with your other hue products and Philips has a great integration system with google, Amazon, and apple

As a light fixture, this is pretty unremarkable and likely overpriced. Once you connect it with Light Sync via the Hue desktop program, its purpose becomes clear. When used with your computer display, this will project the colors from sections of your screen (designated by you) and increase your "immersion." TV set-up is also possible, but you'll need to connect it (via HDMI/etc) from your computer, as the light sync currently only works via a desktop program (Mac or PC).

Great product as a portable light source. We use it regularly for nightlight paired with the hue labs formulas.

Love this. Great to take on the road, add accent lighting anywhere! I use it as a mood setter in the bedroom...(+_+)

I bought 2 of these and they are beautiful! Easy to set up and goes well with my other decors. I also used them as emergency lighting for power outage too.

I love this light. It is portable and can be used in many different ways. I am using it to light up a metal artwork sculpture.

This light/lamp is very nice in that it is portable. Doesn't put out a lot of light, but it's perfect for the bath or hot tub

We have the Hue lights throughout our home, but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms do not use screw in bulbs. We bought the Go as an alternative and love it. Our kids take it with them into different rooms. When the power went out from Hurricane Irma the Go lasted a long time. We did not intend to use it for emergency lighting, but we are so glad we had it. We went out and bought a second one to have for the next storm and to use on the back porch as the weather cools. This purchase was worth every penny.

Great for accent lighting in your home. Also helps that it's portable so that depending on the ocasion, you can move it.

I love how portable this light is as well as how bright too. It seems like it’s a bit brighter than the regular hue bulbs.

This is a great light that works anywhere, as it is portable. You can use it in any room of the house, and save on your electric bill.

I own an hour full of Philips Hue bulbs, in every variant. We were planning to have a party in the back yard, so though why not buy a hand full of these to light the outdoor space. Not the best idea. They produce so little light, that unless you're sat within a foot of it, it's basically useless. Also, and this is a major problem of every one of the Philips Hue bulbs, it produces less lumens - doesn't shine as brightly - at lower hues - i.e. darker colours. Now this is to be somewhat expected, a dark blue isn't going to be as bright as a light blue, however to create mood lighting, you don't want really bright colours, so you end up with a dull bulb, producing even less light. I was planning to use the candle flicker mode, not could I not really tell that it was flickering, the app doesn't give you any feedback about which mode the light is currently is and doesn't give you the ability to select the mode from the app itself, you can only select it on the device using the single on/off/mode button. One of the up sides is that it is tiny and fits in the palm of your hand, the downside is as described above, it isn't very bright and didn't last more than an evening of use before being returned. The final comment related to charging which takes 3-4 hours for a 2 hour battery life. The charging cable, comes directly out the bottom, which means it only just stands up correctly with the cable plugged in. This is a major design flaw. If you want a small light to read by, on your own, then it's ok. But this is a very overpriced toy light that underwhelms at every turn and is a real dissapointment in the Philips Hue range.

This thing is great. It cools my living room very fast. One thing I was worried about was the efficiency, because there’s just a doorway to my living room from the hallway - no door to keep the cool air in. I thought I would have to get curtains to keep the cool air in but I didn’t - this thing works great. Only negative is it’s a little loud but when it’s 85 degrees in your apartment you tend to not care about such minor details. Would recommend

This light is portable, so it can be used in a variety of settings. It works great as a sunrise wake up light and as a night light.

When I first plugged it in I was a little disappointed, the light seamed dim and the color effects weren't that impressive... As night came around and everyone went to sleep I was surprised at how clear I could see once all the other lights were turned off. The next night my sister knocked on my door to tell me how cool the lights in my room looked from outside. Overall it's a great little lamp and I imagine it will only be cooler once I invest a little more in the whole light system.
