I am so happy with my hues. They provide great light and their ability to be controlled by the Amazon Echo adds even more to the value

Bought these because i dont have a window in my room making it hard to get up in the morning..man do these do the trick, not only can you set them to turn on at a certain time but once your phone detects your home wifi you can set it to turn certain ones on as well. No more stumbling around for those pesky light switches with this product

These lights are heaven! Turn them on/off with voice control. No need to get up out of bed, (or off the couch) and hit the light switch. Colors are awesome, full spectrum. Dim or Brighten all lights or each one individually. You can even setup a multicolor light show that flashes to the beat of your fav tunes. Have lights come on when you arrive home and turn off when you leave automatically. All configured/controlled from my phone. Nice! Worth the price! Get um. PS: remember you will need a Wireless Router with a free Ethernet plug to install the Hue Bridge, WiFi Service and a WiFi connected Smart Phone to download the Hue App for wireless features to work. Otherwise all you get is your basic wall switch controlled bright white ($50.00) light on/ or off. That's it. Pricey light bulb without a Wireless Router, WiFi Service, WiFi Connected Smart Phone with the Hue App installed and synced to the Hue bridge.

I can't say enough positive things about these. I love being able to switch on my lights from my phone, whether I'm home or away!

Easy setup and amazing options. I use with Siri and Amazon Echo. Rediculous color options. If you don't want te colors definitely get the white starter set instead. I just used white lights to fill the rest of my home and it's awesome. Certain lights on/off when I arrive and and certain go on/off when I leave. Couldn't ask for more.

Setup was incredibly fast and simple. While connected to wifi, input is pretty instant. While off wifi, there's a bit of delay, but that's to be expected. Still fast. Got it on sale for a great price. Even at $200, it's still a worth it. I just wish the bulbs weren't $50 a piece. Definitely buying them used or refurbished.

Changes the room completely just buy changing the color

I purchased this around Black Friday and got it for an awesome price. Easy to set up and control on your phone! Love being able to set schedules and turn on/off lights from my phone when I'm away to mimic someone being home. Gives you peace of mind while traveling. Lots of colors and scene options available--love this!!

Easy to install and fun to use. This starter kit is the perfect addition to any home. Control the color of your lights to set the perfect atmosphere. Controlling and automating lights is my favorite feature. Everyday I set the lights in my living room to turn on at sunset and turn off at 1:00am if they are still on.

Extremely easy to use and set up. The app has a lot of options and there is quite a bit of third party apps that give even more options. It works really great with Apple Homekit and the new Home app on iOS 10. Great product! These have a really nice range of colors and preset options and even more ways to mess around.

I have the bulbs in living room and one in the bedroom.the colors are great. Relaxing. I control from my phone.love it

We love our Hue lights. They are great for parties and entertaining guests and make turning lights on and off easier.

I have placed hue lights all around my house. Some colored some just white. The products work well with Alexa and apple home kit. All of our friends were impressed. You would think these lights would make our house into some bachelor pad minus stripper pole. As long as you don't over do it, you'll be fine!

The lighting system is a great method of coordinated control of my apartment lighting. I also like the iPhone cover.

I have been using 1st and 2nd generation Hue bulbs (color and white) for about two years now and I love them so much. These 3rd generation bulbs have much better greens, cyans and blues than previous generations, lending to much better lighting scenes. I use them with my Echo and Google Home for voice-controlled lighting, and IFTTT and my SmartThings hub for automating lights based on time of the day and a bunch of other events. These bulbs are easy to set up. You plug in the hub, use the app to search for new lights and if they are close enough, the bulbs will be found. If not, you can enter a serial number printed on the bulbs and the app will find them if your hub is too far away from your bulb. You can then control them using the Hue app or any number of third-party Hue apps available on Android or iOS. You can create groups or rooms so it is easier to control multiple lights at once. If you want to get really fancy with your lights, try IFTTT, Samsung SmartThings Hub, 2nd Generation, Harmony remotes, or the Amazon Echo and Google Home.

The second generation Philips hue hub included in this starter kit works with the Amazon echo. The lights are great.

Great way to light the rooms and love the color and being able to set timers. Wish they could be brighter at times

I love the how the colors change the way you like but you cannot change from remotely like outside your home
