These led strips are amazing. Very bright and colors are accurate. Little expensive but was able to get on sale.

Great accent lighting to my kitchen. Wish the strips were longer though (or less expensive). I had to add 4 extensions to cover the top cabinets. It looks great though. And with Hue app and Alexa devices, I get to explore the different colors. I wish there was a USB connector for easier install to the back of the tv. I initially purchased for my TV but found it quite difficult to hide the wire.

The Light is bright which is the first great thing about this product. I saw some people were having issues sticking it to the surface, I did not have that issue But I’d suggest buying double sided tape (3M) depending on how you hang it. To get the lights to actually change colors and have use of the dimmer effect, you need to purchase the Hue Bridge And download the Hue App to your phone. The connection is easy (It comes with the wire to connect directly to your Wireless Router) and is hassle free. Very simple. I will definitely purchase more sets of this. My only con and it is not a major one because the quality of lights look really good, I would have liked the lights to be a bit longer than 80” for the price of $79.00 USD. Other than that, I am happy about this purchase especially after seeing so many bootleg version on IG that I didn’t trust to purchase.

bought me the lights and love them. We have a variety of lights now, we have the bloom, the bulbs and the strips. These lights really add a lot to our home and are easy to install and control. There are a lot of apps outside the Hue app, and they are all good. Once you learn to use the app and manage the lights, it is extremely easy. I struggled a bit at the beginning as there are no real instructions on how to use, but once I figured it out, it was the easiest thing ever.

Love, love, love this Hue lighting system. I was going to pay an electrician $500+ to install under cabinet lighting in my home. My son talked me into trying Hue. For about $280 not only did I get under cabinet, I got over cabinet as well. I'm a senior and these were super easy to install. Love the fact that I could place the switch anywhere I wanted without worrying about whether the spot was wiring accessible. Love the funky colors! My husband couldn't believe we installed everything ourselves in just a couple of hours. The biggest drawback for me is the fact that I do have a plug and wire showing--something I'd hoped to avoid. But with the cost savings and many other features I wouldn't get with a hard wired system--I can live with the plug and six inches of wire showing--hide it behind a coffee pot!

I used these for indirect lighting above kitchen cabinets and a built-in bookcase. They are nice and bright with flexible color/color-temperature. Originally I thought I’d need to remove the switch controlling switched outlets atop cabinets, but I ended up keeping for familiarity for all in the house. Only minor issue as with the light bulbs, at AC power-up they reset to standard white instead of a programmed color/color-temperature.

There is no way that adhesive sticks properly to anything. in all cases i have had to use additional 3M adhesive sticks to keep it hanging. the light itself is great

If you need a long run of lights you need the second generation to extend. Easy hookup and bright. Love them.

I have a ton of hue lights throughout my house and I was doing construction in my bedrooms adding new closets. I had a problem with no lighting in them and did not want to run electrical in there. Got a couple of these guys to run across the inside along the top and it made a world of difference. I now have light throughout the closet And couldn’t be more pleased with the results. These are in my kids bedrooms and can double as a night light with the dimming feature and when they get a little older can impress their friends with the color changing capabilities. The only issue I have had with these is the the adhesive on the back does not stick very well. It was a brand new coat of paint and a smooth surface and it still did not stay. I used a few drops of super glue and it now stays just fine.

The Hue Lightstrips are incredibly easy to install and customize. Just plug them into an outlet, and use the adhesive on the back to secure to a wall, under a cabinet or even the back of a TV. I noticed they do work best if they are not attached to anything that puts off heat. Also when you cut these down, double check you are cutting on the printed dotted line to ensure you don't lose any of the lights. Great product!

this flexible light strip easily provides enough white under-cabinet light for kitchen prep work. it seems much brighter than commercial strip lights that i got at a big box home improvement store. the colors are nice, but are best suited for decorative purposes because they are not as bright as the white light. the light strip produces different colors by blending different intensities of basic colors, turning some off or on to achieve the desired hue. only when in “white” mode are all emitters lit, hence the difference in “brightness” between colored and white light.

I was looking to add more lights to our living room without losing floor space or adding something new for the kids to knock over and break. I installed this in an extruded aluminum channel and simply bolted it to the metal brackets holding up our vertical blinds. I couldn’t be happier with it. It is nearly invisible, uses very little electricity, and is compatible with HomeKit. Hey Siri turn on the lights!

I put this on the side of my bedframe facing down and on the lowest setting it isn't bright enough to keep me up all night yet I don't stub my toes in the middle of the night either. So glad I don't have to keep a night light in a wall socket the keeps the entire room too bright all night. Looking forward to putting these strips in more places for both night lighting in the kitchen and nice color ambiance.

Great for accent lights I have at least 5 strips throughout my house. Im addicted lol

Perfect additions to my home lighting system, no issues so far. It is a little pricy though. I had to purchase a hub and an LED strip extension to get the length I needed and the ability to take advantage of the color and brightness features of the strip. I'd like to use more Phillips lights throughout my home but I am going to hold off and see if the price drops.

Installed these under my cabinets. Install was easy and the lights work great.

Much brighter than I thought it would be. Great product but a bit pricey

These are very bright lights but thankfully are dimmable and easy to change colors. They have a sticky strip on the back to hang but I'm concerned how long this will last. We hung these on the edge of a shelf and a small portion went around the corner of the shelf and that section of light will not stay stuck.
