Sure, you can buy cheaper chinese LED strips elsewhere but it nice to have the smart controls, easier color adjustments and higher quality LEDs, so you expect it to last longer than the knockoffs. If you get these on sale (i.e. not MSRP you are getting a solid value).

Easy Setup, Easy Use

I found it extremely to install on the interior molding on the closet doors. I used a Philips Hue switch mounted on the closet wall to turn the strip on/off. In less than 10 minutes, I had a new closet light without drilling or paying an electrician.

I love Hue lights

The extension kits are a nice feature to have. One issue with Hue strip lights is that the power supply hums a little loudly...the older versions didn't hum. When you add an extension, they hum even louder.

No Brainer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is a no brainer that if you want to put light in any place that is easy complicated or just out of the way the best light you’ll have to be versatile for that would be a Hue light strip. they are bendable and they are flexible and The adhesive is very very strong so it won’t come off and they are bright and last forever.

Hue lights are very cool!

It can go from a very bright white light to just about any color you can imagine. I have it on a wall in my bedroom. When I need lots of light, it will light up the whole room. When I'm watching TV, it adds a very pleasing background color.
