I have some of these underneath countertops and lighting up the back of a desk. Great lights, very bright and properly reflects color choices. The only issue I've seen so far is that the adhesive is not very strong when you're placing these so the light is upside down or to the side. The solution to that is to get some cord clips and have that act as a secondary adhesive that the Hue Lightstrip clings to. Since doing that at the start of the Lightstrip nearest to the electrical wire, it's been stuck fast to the surface.

Go get themwe use them for undercabinet lighting I was I can say is they are awesome you can adjust to any color any Hugh any atmosphere these are a must haveduring the holidays you can adjust the holiday calendar no extra hanging up lights

I love the Philips Hue lightstrips! They were extremely easy to connect and the different colors you can choose are so much fun to play with. I have 3 above cabinets where I put 3 of the lightstrips and I am having fun changing the colors to the holidays, etc.

This is a nice addition to the hue system, much brighter then the bulbs. It will work perfectly as ambient light behind TV or on top of bookcase. It will not look got in direct view since the led are spaced as single ones not in clusters.

Super easy to set up, lots of customization options, and just plain fun to use. What sets Philips Hue color products apart is the well-tuned color spectrum -- it can output pretty much any color of the rainbow unlike some other options.

I bought a bunch of these for under cabinet lighting. They worked awesome! I have them set up to changed colors for each holiday! Make sure on the back of the box is says "gen1" in the model number so all of your strip hue colors match.

This is my third Philips hue product I must say its a great product with simple installation. Integrating with my existing hub and Alexa. took 2 minutes. Color range is wide and it gave a whole new look to my kitchen . Highly recommend

These lights provide a great alternative to hard wired under the counter lights. We did not have the option to install hard wired lights since we have a tile backsplash so these have served the purpose. The only Improvement I see necessary is better adherence. I wound up using double sided gorilla tape to secure these under the cabinet.

Bought this as a gift for my kids to go with the Hue Starter kit and the Light Strip extension. They are having a blast figuring out all the different ways they can use it. Easy to use, and lots of fun. Possibilities are endless.

I installed two of these on either side of my bed, connected to the Hue motion sensor. If we need to get out of bed late at night, we are greeted with a soft glow that lights the floor without shining directly in your eyes. It looks cool and helps you find your way without stepping on dog toys and waking yourself up completely. I also installed one, along with an extension, on top of the cabinets in my kitchen. They look great there as well.

This is a pricy but worthwhile investment for anyone in the Philips Hue game. The colors are bright, the usage scope is wide and it gives one of the best light experiences for the money when compared to other single hue bulbs in the same price range.

I don't like having the lights in my room on as they are too bright for me. I bought these and put them on the Under side of my bed frame and they light up beautifully. You can pick what ever color you want, it adds a certain mood to the room and it's extremely easy on the eyes. You can use this while you're watching t.v or even as a night light. It's compatible with both alexa and google and works wonderfully. I haven't come across any problems yet.

Much more expensive than the cheap Chinese ones you see all the time but much better at the same time. This is brighter than any of the 5 or so others I've had, this is much brighter at just %50. You bet the full range of colors including the white white and warm whites. I cant say enough about how much better this is. The Chinese ones had power supplies that got too hot to touch and burned out, surprised my house hasn't burned down actually but this strip is cool to the touch.

A little expensive, but excellent accent piece to my hue light setup. I have mine edging the back of my desk, and when paired with screen bloom to sync my monitors to my lights it really stands out, or rather blends in :)

Fun and versatile. The only issue is with the adhesive side. Wanting to retain some options, we chose to leave the wax paper backing on the adhesive and use alternative methods to keep the lights in place, but that wax paper really wants to come off. A small problem, I know. But if you use it as advertised, you probably will have no complaints.

Very easy to setup, colors are limitless. I have literally tried to come up with random colors to tell my Google home to set my hue strips to and it changes it every time. They work well with Google home and the settings on the new app from hue are awesome for creating a smart home environment. The light strip looks great behind my headboard creating a lamp in my room that listens to my voice and it out of sight when not on. I love these hue lights and plan on buying more

Bought these because I was interested in the different functionality and colors. The lights are good when I'm watching tv, setting moods, and making it fun with many different apps.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy the Hue lighting system. In addition to the lighting (type) and color options, the ability to control them from your phone and the geofencing (so I never come home to a dark apartment) is my favorite part. We have slowly been adding to our home - now with several bulbs, spotlights and now these light strips ... the toughest part was deciding where to place them (behind the tv or a bookcase) to have some backlighting. Once you give the system a try, I expect you'll love it, too!

I purchased this guy to add to place under my kitchen cabinets, and am satisfied. It is a pricey item, but works exactly as advertised. Tons of color choices, and levels of brightness. It works flawlessly with Alexa, and was found by Alexa as soon as I turned it on. This is the item you will need to start with if you want to add strip lighting. You can add additional sectors to lengthen the strip at any time (they just plug into the end).

They work great, easy to get hooked up.... But expensive.
