Extremely easy to set up and sync, protective rubber, low electricity usage, emits very little heat, absurd range of millions of colors!

I can’t say enough good things about these hue lights. I mounted this under my standing desk for when I’m working at night and don’t want a bright room. You can also buy extensions if it’s not long enough, but beware—there is no going back or using extensions in the future if you cut it to make it shorter.

The thing that surprises me most is just how bright these things are. I have them as undercounter lighting in my kitchen. Looks great!

I was looking for a simple way to add accent lighting above my cabinets in my kitchen. It was very easy to install and provides excellent accent lighting that can be set from dim to super bright. It was also very easy to extend the light kit using the Hue Lightstrip extensions.

Can't go wrong with these bad boys. They really light up the room. Buy the kit with the hub!

Several weeks after installing these, they fell off. Will have to reattach them to my kitchen cabinets with something else. The other problem I am having is the lack of a dedicated connector between two light strips. My cabinets are about a foot apart from each other, and the strips are kind of hanging in the air - not the most aesthetically pleasing solution. Other than that, I am happy. These are bright - brighter than the normal Philips Hue light bulbs - and they do a great job lighting up the room. The kitchen looks very upscale with them.

Great color over priced. There are better options for lower price. . With the sync box behind the tv they have a nice halo effect but not great for emersion. The gradient lights are best. The play lights take a little positioning. The best reason to spend the extra money on philips LED strips is for recessed molding to hook up to your sync box.

I had to buy two extensions plus starter kit to fit around my 65 inch tv. No complaints just wish the prices was lower

I have over 30 Hue lights. I find them very easy to use. The light strip can put out a great deal of light. It’s dimmable and the color can be adjusted. They are great for adding light to a dark area of a room or highlighting a nice piece of furniture. For example, I just bought a TV stand and added two of these light strips. I put one on the back along the top and another along the bottom in the from. It doesn’t distract from the TV viewing but it does add a very nice accent.

Have it under a mirror and with all of the light colors everyday I can make it look different. Super easy to install.

Fun and entertaining. Easy to set up. Use with ESPN to create game night color. Kids love to use in their rooms also.

This is a welcome addition to the Philips Hue family - an upgrade to the previous Philips Lightstrips version which didn't have the ability to connect the Lightstrips. Bright and beautiful white and colors!

This product is great! It's responsive and bright. There are many colors to choose from and custom scenes to sets. I would highly recommend this for uses all round the house as you can set different moods with the levels of brightness available. When you start connecting these together though - then things start to get expensive.
