Great value when on sale for mood lighting. Kind of pricey when it is at retail but grabbed the deal when it was available. Easy install and modifying takes little effort.

Added this too my setup in my den. The product works great and has great connectivity but the unit else is too short to cover my area. Extensions are kind of pricey.

I ended up returning this product because I did not have a suitable location for it in my apartment. It works great and gives awesomely smooth light on a wall, as long as you can completely hide the actual light strip. If you can see the strip, it looks like movie theatre strip lighting.

I have this set-up in our kitchen with the motion detector. I love how you just walk in the room and it illuminates immediately. Easy to set-up and works amazing with my Amazon Dot as well.

I found the lighting to be fine but it was a bit difficult to use without third party apps

These are great light. I added them in my movie room. The connect with all my other home automation such as wink and Amazon echo. You can also control them with Siri. I have software on my phone that changes the lights color with the color of the movie that playing. This provides a nice movie viewing experience.

I'm using this light strip (with the extension kit) in my kitchen as accent lighting mounted on the top of my kitchen cabinets. I really am impressed by the brightness of these lights, and the ability to dim and change color is a major benefit. They come with an adhesive strip,; however, I am not using it. Instead, I just have them resting on the top of my cabinet (my kitchen is an open concept, with the cabinets appearing to "float" on a 3/4 height wall. This allows the light strip to cast a light for the kitchen, and also the dining room. I have them setup with my Apple HomeKit for automation purposes and essentially use them as a night light, too. Highly recommended!

I bought this to make my YouTube videos more appealing when I do unboxings but I applied it to my tv and kept it because it makes watching movies and adding color to my tv a lot better and even if it’s not that bright, it’s not made to light up a room but to make it more comfort to be in.

As we all know these Phillip automation kits are not necessary... but if your like me, not every purchase has to be out of necessity! The Light Strip Plus is where its at. No need to fiddle with any wiring compared to other led kits you can get off the internet. The only thing I can complain about is the app the phillip hue run's off of. I would like it to have an option to change color through a number patterns but you have to go through 3rd party apps. They make it easy to attach a longer strip if needed. Also note that you need the phillip Hue Bridge which will run you another 50$ or a smart home device with the HUB already on it.

Great bright colors with 100+ to choose from on the app. Easy to set up and connect. Work wonderful if you have a smart assistant at home.

Great colors, very bright, easy pairing with the Hue hub. The family is wild about it. We're buying three more to finish our home reno. It will be great! I like Apple HomeKit compatibility.

The plus are a lot brighter then the previous light strips. They are easy to setup except it's challenging if you want to bend them around a corner. I know you can cut them off, but it seems like such a waste. If you buy an extension be sure that your lights are going in a straight line.

Another great product from Hue! It was easy to set up and works well with Alexa. Love the app that allows you to control settings. Would recommend to everyone

Great for adding backlighting to entertainment unit that houses a 60" flat screen TV. Nice apps allow sequencing lights with sound. Can integrate with Harmony Hub to turn on and off with TV.

Works great with Apple HomeKit. It's really bright and turns on and off quick. Dimmable, flexible and easy to customize length. Wish it wasn't as expensive, but overall happy with purchase!

I love the colors of these lights! They are super easy to install and pair with your Samsung or iPhone. It's definitely a must to my Phillips family.

I love Phillips Hue products! I have been purchasing more items and adding to my hue bulb collection. I currently have two of these strips set up on my entertainment center. One is stuck to the back-top portion of my 65" TV, and the other is stretched alongside the top of the back of the entrainment center, so I get lighting above and below the TV. It's amazing. With any HD or 4K content, I'm immediately immersed into the viewing experience. Amazing product from the Phillips Hue family.

I haven't played enough yet with this product, but it's awesome. Endless color posssibility and easy to control. Only drawback is if you cut the strip, the rest of it can not be used. I am still doing some research but looks like I might be able to buy some connectors from Amazon.

We own multiple different Philips Hue lights, and this was our second light strip purchase. I'm giving it 4/5 stars however because the light strip is stiff and not as flexible making it difficult to wrap around edges of i.e. tv, etc. Still a great product!

These are excellent! Definitely worth buying the extension pack off the bat because you’re going to want it. Super bright and easy to use!
