I recently install a Hue LIghtstrips system in my home. I really like the flexibility of the lights, but setup was a bit clunky and I had to add another app to better schedule the light scenes and on and off times.

I used a strip like this and several extensions (sold separately) to light up some shelves. Took no time at all, maybe 1 minute to pair the strip with my hub (also sold separately) and then the high quality double sided tape quickly and strongly adhered to the bottoms of each shelf. Only complaint is the price, but it does look and work great, I can control it from my phone and save different white and or color presets.

App is easy to use , Product is great and has many different features. It is also compatible with many other popular apps.

Easy to setup with my existing hue lights. Lights are really vibrant and make my home theater setup look really fancy!

Product works perfectly. My only suggestion is measure where you’re putting it first, just in case you need the extender.

I bought two of these in two different time span. I had problems with the hub pairing with the the lights on both. Once paired the light work as it should. I have one over the kitchen cabinet and another one over my 6ft fish tank. It's also connected to Samsung smartthings. Works great together. Phillips can improve on the adhesive for the backing of the light strips maybe provide attachment molds or something. Other wise it's just a simple thin tape like adhesive.

Bought this and the starter kit for my fiancé for Christmas last year and he loves it. Our living room is all Hue lighting and we couldn't be more happy. Highly versatile with all the colors. We are very happy with this product. He mounted the light strips under the couch to give a soft glow of whatever color from beneath, super beautiful.

I picked these up to finish off my PC area. I'm very pleased with the results and as a bonus they work with Alexa which was a selling point for me, since I'm trying to slowly turn my home into a smart home. The lights work well and I would buy again. I took off 1 star because they are on the expensive side, but I already had Phillips lights and knew the quality that I was getting and I didn't want to add another app to my phone if I didn't need one.

I already had the philips hue bridge set up with the starter kit so these lights were easy to install. They are easy to control through the app and connection to Alexa was easy. The only thing you can not do with Alexa is change the color, that has to be done through the app (unless there's a way to do it that I don't know about).

This strip makes a great accent light for kitchen cabinets or for backlighting your desk or headboard. I actually bought it for our family's Alaskan Time Share. Mother and Father said I needed to use it as a form of light. I tried to connect both ends and use it as a Hula Hoop but it's far to floppy to really build up any solid gyrations. The use fire or torches is prohibited in the time share because it'll melt your housing, which I found out the hard way :( Ours was an incredible 1bd/0ba 100 sqft ice palace but I was young and going through a pyro phase so long story short...I got hella lit and ruined our family vaca, plus had a soggy bottom for what seemed like weeks. Had I listened to my parents I could've wrapped it around the igloo and illuminated it like the Aurora Borealis but instead I'm not allowed to go on any more trips until I pay off all of the damage. Now I plan on fastening the Philips Hue to an actual Hoop and entering every Hula contest I can this spring break to earn money and to restore my family honor.

These lights combined with a Phillips hue bridge makes the possibilities endless. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have many Hue lightstrips in my home. The issue is that the light isn't continuous (like new indoor/outdoor model). On any somewhat reflective surface these lights are disappointing. Under my shiny granite countertops no good. Under my couch that sits on vinyl flooring no good. If you have carpet or are elevating light so strip can disperse light it does the trick. I want to invest in new outdoor lights but reviews are shaky.

Low lighting around your tv does wonders to set a mood. With this product you can choose between the colors of red, green, blue or white, and also adjust the warmth of the lighting from very bright to a warm soft color. Overall, I highly recommend this light strip... give it a try and see for yourself!

The lights are great but it does not include the bridge which is a required item to make it work properly. I am looking forward to getting the bridge so I can test out its full capabilities.

The lights work as described, easy to set up. Didn’t love the light pattern, not comtinuously bright across which made the appearance look cheap.

Bought these to wrap around my desk to have some ambiance streaming up my wall. No regrets, they provide the perfect amount of light for me to do things in the dark with subtle light or I can ramp up the brightness and change the color to white if I need to see. Love the product

I bought a second one of these to light up the wall behind my couch. It lays on the floor and lights up the entire wall. I only wish it were a bit brighter for the distance it has to throw.

This system, although pricey, is very user friendly. Easy to install adhesive on the backside and connectors for going around corners. Really like that you can add onto the length as desired. I put mine around my desk and enjoy the multicolors synced up to the music I have playing.
