These lights went around our TV and we really like them. We would definitely recommend this product.

Works great, just like it bigger variant and provides the additional length needed to cover longer installs. Reminder, this doesn’t work on its own, must have the 80” version to connect to it - this is an extension/add on.

I bought a light strip and an extention to go around my headboard. They extentions are easy to connect together and to stick them in place. It's also fairly simple to connect the light to your hue bridge. The color options are endless and all very vivid.

I loved these hue lights so much I bought a second set. I installed one set over the entertainment center in my living room and one in my closet. They were easy to set up to my hue bridge and connect to my smart home system.

We ran the strips under our counter and found an added bonus of being able to see what is in the drawers now. We wanted to have it for low lighting without having to turn on the overhead lights at night but what a bonus to be able to find things in the preverbal "junk drawer".

It’s great to ask Google to turn on or off lights. We like playing with the different colors.

I am extremely happy with the Philips Hue products. The Hue LightStrips were a perfect replacement for the fluorescent trays under my cabinets. The Hue LightStrip Extension was just what I needed to extend the Hue LightStrip under one of my longer cabinets. There are no issues when following Philips directions and properly cutting off excess from the Hue LightStrip. These are extremely bright at their highest setting, have a nice dim light at their lowest setting, and their color is very versatile. Be sure to mount the strip at least two inches from the cabinets front framing. This will ensure that the framing doesn't block the light and that the light reaches to the front end of your counter.

Bought it for my son, he's converting his apartment over to smart lights and he loves them.

This thing always brings my guests to notice and say Wow !! Buy this if you want to impress someone :)

These are great and so versatile. You'll find yourself thinking of new places you can put them in your home. The only problem is they are incredibly expensive. There are also very limited ways to connect them such that they easily turn around corners. There are other companies that sell them, but it's odd that Philips doesn't sell them along with the product in stores.

These extensions are really cool and are a great way to expand your lightstrip to whatever length you want. However, I do wish they were longer. For $30, they’re quite short. Believe me, I understand pretty much all Philips Hue products are on the expensive side (I own tons of Hue products), but this one kinda bothers me. The main reason it bothers me is because I honestly cannot tell you how many of the extensions I’ve bought!!! That goes to show you how short they really are for the price and how many you’ll have to buy in order to complete the project you’re working on. I’m too afraid to add up how many I’ve actually bought, because at $30 apiece I’m sure it’ll be several hundreds of dollars!!! Probably close to $500!!!!!

The lightstrip is surprisingly brighter than the bulbs. Would highly recommend. Pro-tip: If you plan on mounting behind a tv, google "command cord clips". Those will help keep the light strip in place especially if you plan on bending it around the corners.

Needed this extension to go over the three glass panels of my living room with sliding glass door going to patio. Easy to attach to the main strip and you can't tell where one strip starts and one stops. Makes for a wonderful atmosphere to watch TV by.

I have a 65" 4K that I put this on. But the initial 2M one was too short, so I needed this extension. but then the extension made it too long... So I had to cut it, which hurt tbh, and these don't look like they can easily be re attached when cut... Looks and works great, but man It hurt cutting it. that was like $10 wasted

As stated on another review, I bought the strip light to install in a closet. I used the extension pack to make sure all of the closet would get light. It works extremely well. Just plug it in and go. It's a no-brainer if you need a longer strip light.

Bought on sale for almost half off when paired with the regular hue strip. This item is just an extension and will NOT work alone . Once plugged into the master strip it will act as one . Same colors , Brightness etc.

Our kitchen cabinets are a little longer than the regular 6.6' lightstrip, so this makes it cheap and easy to lengthen the light strip to go the full distance of our kitchen without having to use up an additional electrical socket. Great idea to allow multiple chains to link up.

Seamlessly adds onto the light strip plus. I do wish they sold a six foot “extension”.

I love Hue products and the Hue striplights are a fabulous way to accentuate your space(s) with light. One caveat with all the lightstrips that maybe the manufacturer, Phillips, should be mindful is that people move and when they move they’ll probably want to move their lightstrips too. The adhesive isn’t necessarily conducive to that end.

I bought this for my staircase. The original kit was just a about a foot and a half short so this took me right where I needed to be. Hooked up easily and works flawlessly. You can't tell where the seam is and all of the colors are the same in both pieces.
