Purchased the Hue lightstrip and extension for under my kitchen cabinets. They were extremely easy to attach under cabinets and the extension plugged in easily to finish the project. As an older lady I had no trouble.

I’m sure you have heard the term measure twice cut once. Well I forgot about that and just cut. Well it was to short for what we were trying to accomplish. So we had to purchase the extension.

Need it longer? This will do it. Plug it in and enjoy the extra length you now have. As with most Hue stuff, it is not wallet friendly but seems to be of similar quality as the main light strip.

All my home theater room is set up with philips hue leds. Never had a problem till now. Just had this extension for a day and the last 7 LED’S died already :( hopefully Best Buy will exchange them for some working ones. So disappointed bad luck with this one I picked up . Still love philips hue

looks great, easy to add on, plug and play. I do recommend the light bars instead...easy install, flexible install, brighter color...will be replacing my strips with bars and install strips on secondary tv...if $ is the issue, get the strip, if $ no issue, recommend the bars...at least 2

I love that they send the corner adapters now. The first set I purchased a while back didn't have that. I didn't actually use it for my installation for these but they will be great for other applications in the future!

... that this doesn't work by itself. Apparently it needs to have some type of piece attached to it so you can plug it in. Maybe I should have known this from the description but it wasn't apparent to me.

As with almost all of my Hue purchases... Best Buy has some of the best sales on these things, and I buy based on whatever they have on sale at that particular moment. Check back often.

The Hue lightstrips have always felt a bit overpriced, and while this is a nice way to get a few more feet without needing to buy a whole new one, the extension itself is as expensive as some of the other lightstrips you can buy.

I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but we have the Hue lights set up throughout our house. We love them. These are above our kitchen cabinets. Work and look great.

I bought these to enhance my home theatre display and boy, they did not disappoint. It definetely ups the game and makes watching movies much more enjoyable. I love how you can change the colors and luminance to match your viewing experience.

Philips hue extension strips are perfect for that little extra touch to make you’re setup perfect. The quality of these strips is the best around and will last a long time.

Just got item today and my son said he loves it. He really likes the keyboard and the backlighting. He said it holds his ipad air2 very well. Got this for him because the school gave him an ipad to do all his work, but he wanted a keyboard.

Huh has a great product here. The only issue is the tape to stick it to something. Mine is attached under my island and the tape keeps in unsticking.

We bought this product to use behind our tv in the basement. You can download apps that can make the lights change colors with music or movies or to set an ambiance for a movie. You have to buy the Hue Bridge to use this product.

Obviously if you only need a small extension of lights this is the better deal but if you are not sticking to smooth surface, just like the other ones make sure you have heavy duty 3m double sided tape. Since the ones it comes with only works on smooth surfaces and will fall down after a week or so.

Makes my Hue Lightstrip longer and works good. No locking to the other strip, just a slide connected by the pins, so it needs to be secured to the base well. Not a perfect design.

The starter light strip is great, but almost never long enough to complete a project. Be prepared to purshase a lot of these. I have used up to 4 extensions on a starter light strip without issue.
