Hue Strip Extension

Work fine, but practically limited on length

I get it: more length = more LEDs to drive = more power required. I'm an Electrical Engineer. But, the power supplies are seemingly sized for a 40-inch strip, sold with an 80-inch strip and with the promise of powering additional 40-inch strips. They seem woefully under-powered (or faulty).
